跑完步拉筋好重要,多累都要拉一拉,特別系小腿後面喔!21K 跑北潭沖渡假營,用左2.5hr完成,應該算好慢我估。不斷上山落山,真係出左自己毅力同意志力,基本上全靠旁邊帶住我跑既同伴鼓勵同推動。我平時運動系多,但係我操既都系練hiit, crossfit, gym 呢D主要練到爆發力,協調,肌耐力呢D既,我真係唔係跑開步,對上一次最長既都係跑10K平路,平時如果系跑步機我都會將斜度較為0,為免練出小腿肌,山路真係唔係講笑。跑到7K我真係覺得自己跑唔到落去啦,跑完果一刻,感覺實在太不可思議,長跑絕對系毅力同耐性既挑戰🐾
First time running for 21K on a hill , 2.5hrs finishing, think is quite slow, and I'm totally dead now... and I'm now back home, need to finish some computer work, and have a meeting tonight, although my body really not willing to take any movement, but first, get my body clean first 🐶
