[法藉名廚主理:Sakti Elixir 期間限定純素甜品拼盤]
在時代廣場《Sweetmania》 活動期間,多間中、西、日式食肆新增特色夏日甜品。其中位於13樓的 Sakti Elixir at Fivelements Habitat,原本是只招待會員的素食餐廳。環境清靜,能量很好。今次活動推出期間限定素食甜品拼盤,讓不吃雞蛋、不吃乳製品和麩質的朋友也可以放心享用甜品,價格分別為HK$88(名茶及3件甜品)或HK$108(名茶及5件甜品)。
素食甜品包括:
1.橙花焦糖布丁配布列塔尼酥餅
2.核桃黑豆朱古力布朗尼
3.草莓白朱古力意式奶凍
4.天竺葵柑橘玉米蛋糕
5.柑橘椰子杏仁馬卡龍
我對"天竺葵柑橘玉米蛋糕"造型最有興趣,因為它跟我裙子上的小雛菊襯晒,haha。味道方面我就最喜歡草莓白朱古力意式奶凍(主廚Arnaud說,遲一點草莓季過了,可能改用荔枝),panna cotta 入面有RAW椰肉,口味清新。甜點要Gluten Free,有用到杏仁粉、椰子粉、椰油等製作,看來細細件,飽足感卻驚人!
主廚 Arnaud Hauchon 來自南法,2006年開始鑽研素食,投入發展 modern plant based gastronomy。2016年加入峇里 Fivelements Habitat 成為Executive Chef,隨後與 Fivelements Habitat 一起來到香港,現在是香港區的 Culinary Curator。http://arnaudhauchon.com/

冰箱剩什麼通通丟進去?

最最最~容易上手的懶人料理😆
▋食材(1人份)
麵粉 60g
水或高湯 60g
山藥泥 20g(可省略)
各種蔬菜 適量
鹽/黑胡椒 適量
大阪燒醬(醬油:烏醋:番茄醬=1:1:1)
純素美乃滋
海苔粉
Step1: 製作麵糊
麵粉與水(高湯)拌勻 加入山藥泥增加綿滑口感
Step2: 加入蔬菜
加入適量蔬菜 最後的樣子要像是”蔬菜裹麵糊”
記得加入適量鹽和黑胡椒調味
Step3: 煎和調味
下鍋煎至兩面微焦脆即可 盛盤後刷上大阪燒醬 美乃滋 海苔粉就完成啦😋
