#SelfAdvocacy - the ability to speak up for yourself and the things that are important to you. Don't be afraid to ask for what you need and want and tell people about your thoughts and feelings. Not only you know your rights and responsibilities, you speak up for your rights, and you make choices and decisions that affect your life.
Someone asked me what's the biggest challenge during the process of reinventing myself. #SelfDoubt - there'll always be people that are unsupportive of your goals. Naysayers or critical people who actively say things to discourage you. There are also those who think you're stupid for missing out on opportunities. Truth is, in order to continue to be the advocate for natural beauty routine, health and wellbeing, I did turn down multiple commercial skincare product endorsement jobs, simply because they contradicted my beliefs. Ok, I'm stupid 🤪
My Story
People often ask me how on earth could a 56 yrs old woman look so young? What product do you use?
My answer has always been the same since I was 28. Self-care, healthy lifestyle and I use my own recipe to create my own essential oil products.
It all began in 1992, my then boyfriend's mother, Karen, who led a very organic lifestyle, introduced me to the aromatherapy world. I went from reading a book about aromatherapy to seriously studying it, and then working on creating my own recipes. Creating my own perfect essential oil blend took me a bit of trial and error but it’s a task that was a lot of fun. And of course, the biggest satisfaction came from seeing how my skin transformed over time.
It’s been a long time dream to have my own natural product line. However, in order to prove that my products work, I would need time to prove it. I knew that if I could let myself grow old without aging much, that would be the most solid proof that speaks louder than anything else. I was determined to show the world that leading a healthy lifestyle and using only organic products can truly slow down aging. We can all look amazing and age beautifully and gracefully without any help from cosmetic surgeries or regular visits to your dermatologists or esties.
Good things take time, after countless tests on real humans, a little improvement at a time, slowly refining all my recipes. Here I am, 28 years later...I'm ready to present you with my homemade products. 【材料】
●牛バラ肉の薄切り:約500g
●もやし:1袋(約500g)
●白菜適量
●塩コショウ
●醤油麹:大さじ2(醤油でもOK)
●お酒:大さじ2
●みりん:大さじ2
●砂糖:大さじ1(糖質を気にされない方は入れても美味しいよ)
●オイスターソース:大さじ1
●醤油:大さじ2(最後に味見してからお好みに合わせて下さい)
●にんにく:小さじ1
●生姜:大さじ1(チューブタイプでも良いけど出来れば生がオススメ♪)
●水溶き片栗粉
●最後にブラックペッパーとお好みで万能ネギ、マヨネーズ

無水調理された野菜と牛肉の旨みが凝縮された汁とやみつきなタレで
マジとんでもない旨みになってます!
本当にこんな短い時間で出来たの?って疑ってしまうくらい美味しいですよ♪
低糖質料理でもあるので糖質制限されている方にもオススメですが
ただご飯が我慢出来ないくらいご飯に超絶合うので是非ご飯と一緒に食べて欲しいですw
ちなみにお酒のおつまみにも超ピッタリですよ!
今回1キロ以上で作ったんですがあまりにも美味しくて
2人であっという間に無くなりましたw
ほぼほったらかすだけで本当に簡単っていうのもあるんですけど
とにかく一番嬉しいのが家計に優しい♪♪♪
子供から大人まで大好きな料理になってると思うので
是非作ってみて下さい。
[Ingredients]
● Thinly sliced beef ribs: about 500g
● Bean sprouts: 1 bag (about 500g)
● Napa
● Salt and pepper
● Soy sauce koji (rice malt): 2 tablespoons (just soy sauce is fine)
● Sake: 2 tablespoons
● Mirin: 2 tablespoons (sweet cooking rice wine)
● Sugar: 1 tablespoon (if you don't care about sugar, you can add it)
● Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
● Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons (taste at the end and adjust to your liking)
● Garlic: 1 teaspoon
● Ginger: 1 tablespoon (tube type is fine, but fresh ginger is
recommended if possible)
● Black pepper, green onion and mayonnaise to taste.

The vegetables cooked in waterless water, the beef's flavorful juices,
and the addictive sauce make for some seriously outrageous flavor!
It's so good that you'll wonder if it was really made in such a short time♪
It's also a low-sugar dish, so it's recommended for those on a sugar
restriction diet, but it goes so well with rice that you won't be able
to resist.
So I highly recommend eating it with rice.
By the way, it's also perfect as a snack for drinks!
I made over a kilo this time, but it was so delicious that the two of
us ran out in no time.
It's also really easy to make because you just leave it out, but the
best part is that it's easy on the family budget.
I think it's a favorite dish of both children and adults♪♪♪

In collaboration with Bosch Home (SG), we embarked on a mission to recreate a series of Lost Recipes of Singapore; and the first recipe we’re dishing out is the Yi Zi Ban – a Hakka snack with over 300 years of history.
Yi Zi Ban is a Hakka traditional snack from Tai Po County, Guangdong Province. It has a history of more than 300 years. One long forgotten dish, the story is that Hakka mother will prepare this dish for her son when he travels on a long journey overseas and to ensure his safe return.
The skin is made from glutinous rice flour, texture similar to mochi. The filling is a textural delight as it has the softness of tofu, the crunchiness from the black fungus and the meatiness from the finely diced pork encased in chewy stretchy ‘QQ’ skin. The banana leaf perfumes the snack when it is steamed. It is one seriously good delicious snack!
