Training log on 21.11.2016 (Mon)
I was really tired this morning although I had refeed day yesterday (a lot of carbs). When I did Front Squat waves 3-2-1, I failed the 2nd wave already when I was lifting 300lb x 2 reps (335lb was my 1RM). I thought I might not attend tonite's weightlifting training. My mind was fighting "go" or "skip"? Then I punished myself to do 20 reps breathing squat and HIIT at the end of training.
Long story short, I went to the training with @capilanoweightliftingclub this evening. I thought I just practiced my form. However, everyone was so motivated. And my body felt fine. Then I ramped up the weight from 40kg from the floor. At the end, I did
