📍This particular infographic is pretty self-explanatory. We know humans massively underestimate their calorie intake, so this is an easy way to keep yourself accountable when eyeballing portions at each meal.

📍NOTE: Women and men's portions are different and this is just a general guideline at best. Obviously humans vary in size and will require different amounts of food based on activity level, but this is a good starting point.
