I’ll be representing Hong Kong ,China this year.
After the last Crossfit Open in April 2019 I have started to incorporate 16:8 intermittent fasting into my life, which I thought it would be pretty challenging at the beginning, but actually it isn’t. After I adapted into it I noticed a difference and it improves my recovery.
As an athlete in the Crossfit Open master category, it is important to maintain the balance in recovery, nutrition and training volume alongside
with my full time work as a personal trainer, both time management and meal prepping is not a joke. And now I feel great and ready to do my best in this 5 weeks.
