Nothing’s gonna stop us!!!!
How many #burpeeswithoalchallenge #50burpeesfor30dayschallenge 2021 finishers? I don’t know. Many are doing it, many has completed the challenge. The last one in 2019, we organised a party to celebrate, but nothing’s gonna stop us from celebrating this time!
#oalworkoutsquad did a zoom celebration for all finishers, these are not all of them, I think we have about 60% of the squad to toast and celebrate.
Definitely worth celebrating! The party lasted more than 3 hours 😅. I told them everytime when I do my #oalworkout live, they can see me, but now I can see them too! And I get to listen to their testimony, their experience, their journey. A group of inspiring and amazing women. Coming from all walks of life, playing different roles in the society, age from 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s. Learning from each other, empowering each other.
Most important, all did super well in this 30 days 50 burpees challenge. Salute to all of you. And I’m honoured to have you in the team.
I have always wanted to create a community that can help and empower each other to grow together (since 2000 when I join miss Malaysia world), ya, I really had that thought in my heart. Finally I get to do it now, it all started from a small intention of sharing my own fitness journey.
Love you all, let us stay strong, stay beautiful, stay healthy, stay fit, stay happy and face any upcoming challenges together, we can do so much more.

Compiled a video going back time from day 30 to day 1. Although this is the second time I have completed the challenge that I started myself, it doesn’t make it easier for me. I faced the same difficulty, the same struggle like most of you challengers. It’s 30 days of 50 burpees!!!!! It’s easy to challenge for 1 day, but when you need to do it consecutively for 30 days without rest day, it does take a lot of determination and perseverance.
So I want to thank each and everyone that made this decision and commitment to yourself to join this challenge. Everyone has their own wonderful journey. Normally it started all hyped up and excited, then follow by pain, follow by lots of questions and swearing wondering why am I doing this, then follow by thoughts of giving up, then somehow dunno why, it has come to day 15, so why not just continue, when approach day 20, started to feel super excited to count down, and as you coming to the last few days, people starts to feel “why is this 30 days passed so fast?”
Amazing human being isn’t it. I have received many testimony and sharings from the challengers. The gain from this burpee challenge can be in many forms, mostly physical they see changes, strength become stronger, weight lost, the most important is, they gain the unbelievably great sense of self achievement. From thinking it’s impossible , to it is possible!
That’s what matters most!
I will still be here to support everyone to complete their journey. Don’t give up! And remember, we don’t have to be perfect or good in order to inspire others, we just need to put our heart and sweat in doing the same thing that we believe in, and be persistent and determined. This is where the power generates.

This is my daily workout! Yes, I do burpees and legs everyday.
I decided not to do the overhead snatches for 3 hours, so I switched up the workout at the 3 min and 15 min mark. Burpees have a small hop vs tuck jump because I got a noise complaint. Doing the pushups with hands on the dumbbells.
Keto fasted (OMAD 8:30 PM everyday). I also run 10-20 miles per day along with another hour of either HIIT or pure strength work before dinner.
FAQ:
What's in the background?
Aaptiv, I use it for timing on workouts but they also have great workouts.
Do you take caffeine?
Yes - Preworkout (C4 or Ghost)
How many calories do you eat?
4k cal per dayish.
Do you not get tired?
I recover quickly. I also don't get sore from this workout so it's more of a long warmup for me everyday!
Is this healthy?
I'm getting stronger and my endurance is improving. 4 years without an overuse injury.
Why not more strength training?
I'm stuck with 2x40lb dumbbells. Have decided to go for reps because I'm bored. I do time under tension during my pure strength workouts.
Ave heart rate?
163 BPM during this workout.
Do you really do this everyday?
Yes. My 31 day average is 5.5 hrs/day of working out and I've hit move goals 31/31 days.
What are your fitness goals?
Uhhh I'd like to train for something competitive, I just have no idea what I could compete in. Someone give me a suggestion.
