Compiled a video going back time from day 30 to day 1. Although this is the second time I have completed the challenge that I started myself, it doesn’t make it easier for me. I faced the same difficulty, the same struggle like most of you challengers. It’s 30 days of 50 burpees!!!!! It’s easy to challenge for 1 day, but when you need to do it consecutively for 30 days without rest day, it does take a lot of determination and perseverance.
So I want to thank each and everyone that made this decision and commitment to yourself to join this challenge. Everyone has their own wonderful journey. Normally it started all hyped up and excited, then follow by pain, follow by lots of questions and swearing wondering why am I doing this, then follow by thoughts of giving up, then somehow dunno why, it has come to day 15, so why not just continue, when approach day 20, started to feel super excited to count down, and as you coming to the last few days, people starts to feel “why is this 30 days passed so fast?”
Amazing human being isn’t it. I have received many testimony and sharings from the challengers. The gain from this burpee challenge can be in many forms, mostly physical they see changes, strength become stronger, weight lost, the most important is, they gain the unbelievably great sense of self achievement. From thinking it’s impossible , to it is possible!
That’s what matters most!
I will still be here to support everyone to complete their journey. Don’t give up! And remember, we don’t have to be perfect or good in order to inspire others, we just need to put our heart and sweat in doing the same thing that we believe in, and be persistent and determined. This is where the power generates.

Last 4 min plus of the video is a FOLLOW ALONG OAL WARM UP. It’s good to do these warm up before your burpees.
I was doing more research about the variations of burpees. Then I shared with my workout buddy @gojojojojogoh . So we encouraged each other why not give it a try. It’s my first attempt. I chose Push Up burpees (no chest to ground), and single leg push up burpees.
10 x push up burpees
10 x single leg burpees (alternating 2 reps each legs)
9 x burpees tuck jumps (doing better than yesterday, by crunching harder on my core to tuck the legs up instead of lower the upper body)
21 x chest-to-ground burpees
I’m very very very happy. That I managed to breakthrough myself again today. I still remember before last MCO, my 25 days 25 push up challenge, I seriously couldn’t do any full push up at all. Not even one time. When I lower my body, I could hold it real Low, but just couldn’t push up. 3 years of training, couldn’t find an answer, while many of my friends could do it I couldn’t. Super pekchek. The trainers kept telling me it’s the core and whole body activation technique not my arms, I kept saying it was my arms! Even frustrated with some of my friends cos no one could teach me! Lololol 😅
After the #25pushupsfor25days challenge nominated by @sleumas , again I did lots of research, and this brother guided me after seeing my push up videos, in 25 days, I managed to do 25 full push ups. Thank you Samuel!
So challenges like this really push me to achieve a lot of my personal goal. It might not mean anything to many others, but it means so so much to me.

1st Video was 4 years ago when I was first introduced to burpees, my trainer @lavcms taught me how to begin with burpees. My core was weak, my shoulders were weak, whole body including endurance was very very weak.
Then in November 2018 I thought of starting this challenge, but failed because I was alone and no one join me, and I alone couldn’t last more than few days.
2-5th video were some of the videos taken during #burpeeswithoalchallenge 2019 March. My sister @itsnotalwaysaboutheight pushed me to start this challenge and she get all our workout buddies then to join. Therefore almost 100 people doing it. most days I did basic burpees because my upper body strength was still not there yet. We all managed to finish our 30 days, and the feeling was indescribable. It was very powerful, inspiring and great great achievement. Everyone finished it together!
Last video, is my today 50 burpees. How I started again, it’s also because of one thought. And I told my sister @itsnotalwaysaboutheight again. Yup it’s her again, she’s always so supportive towards what I want to do. She pushed me to start it in 2021. If she’s not a pregnant lady now, I can guarantee you, she will be the most passionate challenger in the squad. Her timing has always been 50 burpees non stop, less than 3 mins.
Looking at how this round is going, I am not just overwhelmed, but it has grown bigger than me, bigger than my mere thought, so big that I am so so touched. Seeing now so many of you have become an inspiration and motivation to people around you. Seeing the community generous sharing of their growth and experience, sharing their weakness and struggle, being so real! Just because of the commitment and determination. This challenge is for overcomers. It doesn’t challenge your fitness level but it challenges your mental, your will power.
Conclusion, thought can be small, yes one person is limited, but as long as one person generate a good powerful thought, believe in it, execute it, and influence more and more people to come align with you, the energy can explode like a nuclear bomb (in a positive way).

30 minutes killer bodyweight workout that burns massive calories, to lose weight and level up your fitness level.
Warning: This workout routine is hardcore, and this workout routine is never meant to be "fun" or that kinda "good workout" routine, and you may dislike this routine. However, this routine was designed to push your body to the limit or beyond, to forge your fitness to the next level.
Two main criteria to get the best out of level 5:
1.) Technique: You must be able to complete all Level 4 workouts without doing the "alternatives"
2.) Stamina & Recovery: Complete Level 4 workouts by taking no longer than 2-3 minutes rest in between each round
Bonus: 3.) Completed Level 4+ special round #ISurvivedJySpecialRound with more than 80 Burpees
If yes, you'll crush level 5 without a problem! If not, take this workout as lightly as possible, and you should never get discouraged if you can't complete this level. At the end of the day, the level of the workout is not as important as the level of your consistency! Good luck!
