完成30天:
每日30蹲、30跳、30趴蹬蹆、15分鐘快步走。
肺部狀態有進步,胃口也好了,只是容易脹氣,嗅覺已經恢復到90%但剩下的10%是一直聞到汽車排除的廢氣味,大概還要多一個月嗅覺才會完全恢復正常。

After receiving release letter, I started to work out everyday, and mark it the 30th day today, I’ve been doing 30 squads, 30 hops, 30 burpees and 15 minutes fast walk everyday.
And I observed my own health condition, lungs condition improved, appetite improved but digestion quite bad, smelling ability recovered 90%, just start to smell car gas’s smoke all the time (one of the symptoms after recovering from Covid19), and this smell thing will take me another 1 month to be back to normal I think.
I’m getting better everyday, good!
Keep balance diet and exercise which I used to hate to do both, but now, I have no choice to force myself to😂😂😂.

How I try to control the rhythm of my breathing? I am experimenting it myself everyday. One thing for sure, close mouth 👄 and inhale exhale just using the nose 👃. Besides that, what I’m trying now, is exhale when I’m lowering my body, inhale when I thrust my legs in and jump. Consistent with the rhythm of the breathing together with the rhythm of burpees.
Do NOT hold your breath!!!!!
This morning I did 5 round of circuit:
-24kg kettlebell swing x15
- 7.5kg double dumbbell thruster(squat press) x15
- 15 burpees.

This is my daily workout! Yes, I do burpees and legs everyday.
I decided not to do the overhead snatches for 3 hours, so I switched up the workout at the 3 min and 15 min mark. Burpees have a small hop vs tuck jump because I got a noise complaint. Doing the pushups with hands on the dumbbells.
Keto fasted (OMAD 8:30 PM everyday). I also run 10-20 miles per day along with another hour of either HIIT or pure strength work before dinner.

What's in the background?
Aaptiv, I use it for timing on workouts but they also have great workouts.
Do you take caffeine?
Yes - Preworkout (C4 or Ghost)
How many calories do you eat?
4k cal per dayish.
Do you not get tired?
I recover quickly. I also don't get sore from this workout so it's more of a long warmup for me everyday!
Is this healthy?
I'm getting stronger and my endurance is improving. 4 years without an overuse injury.
Why not more strength training?
I'm stuck with 2x40lb dumbbells. Have decided to go for reps because I'm bored. I do time under tension during my pure strength workouts.
Ave heart rate?
163 BPM during this workout.
Do you really do this everyday?
Yes. My 31 day average is 5.5 hrs/day of working out and I've hit move goals 31/31 days.
What are your fitness goals?
Uhhh I'd like to train for something competitive, I just have no idea what I could compete in. Someone give me a suggestion.

I learnt a very PAINFUL SCARY lesson...
Got injured at my lower back cause of the one thing i lack discipline on.. my REST! My boyfriend who is one of my biggest pillars of support while my coach isn't physically with me, keeps nagging me on it. He says it's such a waste cause my nutrition and training is alright but my sleep is just pulling me down. Honestly even i'm not sure why...
I can't tell is it because i'm just high strung, i can't sleep, i'm not serious or not discplined. But whatever the reason, i need to fix it..
I have less than a month and half to go, i can't afford anymore mistakes or injuries. This injury gave me a good scare, i was literally in tears the minute i felt the pool. It's still healing but i thank God that it wasn't something as bad as the last injury I had which was around the same area..Caused by nearly the same movements.. the burpees followed by squats (I blame this only cause my quads are tight and I already knew this - so my fault :( )
For the next 40 plus days, making sure i get my much needed sleep. No more playing around. I can't afford it.. It truly is a waste, after all that i'm doing and this one thing will affect the very thing i'm training for.
Side note, i'm so thankful to God for putting his healing hand on me, plus i'm super grateful and blessed that I have the Lifestyle Chiropractic team who attended to my emergency situation immediately. Thank you guys so much, after the adjustment, the cryotherapy, the physio, I was better in a span of a day or two. Of course i'm not gonna do anything crazy, but thankfully I could still workout.
