It came warm for lunch, and the moment I opened the box - I got a whiff of aromatic spices that is used to braise the meat in. 😍

Each slab of pork belly is super generous ($10 Lu Rou Fan) and comes with rice, tau kwa and braised egg. If you are going carb-free, order the Lor Bak ($18) which has TWO slabs of braised pork belly and all the works. But the show stealer for me was the warm & soft Kong Bak Pau ($12 for 4) that came with a generous amount of coriander on the side! The meat simply melted in my our mouths 🤤 - I think just order the whole set la, portion quite generous and I even kept some aside for my hubby’s dinner. 😬

Just because someone posted up some fancy dish with some exotic ingredients doesn’t mean our common in the speed mart food is useless.

Read up your food , do not be so dependant on what people are saying. Did you know the egg yolk is really high in vitamins and good fats?? All kinds of whole food are packed with micro nutrients, focus on the content of the food not the type of food.

As long as your calories are in check you are fine, whole foods are usually high in micro nutrients .

Get your priorities right. Stop making excuses and start making positive changes. Sometimes this is all you have to do in order to get results.

It is easy to eat breakfast on the run with the multitude of options available. However make it YOUR priority to get up in the morning to have a sit down breakfast or prepare your breakfast the night before so it is ready for you in the morning.

It is important to remember that whole foods will always be a superior option to processed options found in pretty packages.
⠀
Look past BS claims like ‘high protein’ and pick whole foods that provide the same benefits without the ‘health claims’ ⠀
I have made it a priority to make myself an omelette everyday for breakfast. Why? I love eggs and I thought it would be an excellent way to add some extra veggies to my day! I usually pair this with a slice of multigrain toast with @vegemite

●ブロッコリー:2房
●卵:1個
●お酒:大さじ3から4
●おろしにんにく:小さじ1/2
●おろししょうが:小さじ1/2
●片栗粉:大さじ4
●薄力粉:大さじ4
●醤油:大さじ2
●マヨネーズ:大さじ2
●塩胡椒少々
●米油(普通の油でもOKだけど米油の方がヘルシーです)
●最後に黒胡椒たっぷりめ
●お好みで粉チーズ、マヨネーズ、ガーリックパウダー、チリパウダー

約一年ぶりに『やみつきフライドブロッコリー』を作ってみました。
ビックリするほど世界中の方に大好評で
フライドポテトより美味しい!何度もリピしている!
ブロッコリーが苦手な息子も大好きになった!
と沢山の方に喜んで頂けた視聴者さんに大人気のレシピです。
外サクサク♪中ホクホクの食感が最高に美味しいんですが
衣にやみつきな味付けをしているので一人一房余裕で食べられます🤤
揚げているのでカロリーが高めと思われるんですが
米油を使う事によってヘルシーになりますし
糖質はかなり抑えてあるので糖質制限されている方にもオススメですよ♪
今回初めて見てくださった方はもちろん久しぶりに見た方も
本当に簡単で美味しいので是非作ってみて下さい。
[Ingredients]
● Broccoli: 2 bunches
● Egg: 1
● Sake: 3 to 4 tablespoons
● Grated garlic: 1/2 teaspoon
● Grated ginger: 1/2 teaspoon
● Potato starch: 4 tablespoons
● Light brown rice flour: 4 tablespoons
● Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
● Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
● A pinch of salt and pepper
● Rice oil (you can use regular oil, but rice oil is healthier)
● Add more black pepper at the end.
● Cheese powder, mayonnaise, garlic powder, chili powder to taste

For the first time in about a year, I made "Addictive Deep-fried Broccoli."
It was surprisingly well received by people all over the world, and
they say "It's better than French fries!" or "I make it many times!"
or even "My son who doesn't like broccoli loves it now!"
The outside is crispy and the inside is fluffy and delicious, but the
batter has an addictive flavor that makes it easy to eat a whole bunch
of them.
You may think it's high in calories because it's deep-fried, but using
rice oil makes it healthy, and the sugar content is very low, so it's
good for people on a sugar restriction diet ♪
If you've never seen this before, or even if you haven't seen it in a
while It's really easy and delicious, so please try making it!

【材料】 (12.5cm丸型1台分)
カッテージチーズ(裏ごしタイプ)100g
脂肪0ヨーグルト 40g
豆乳カロリー45%オフ 100g
おからパウダー 10g
卵(全卵) 1個
レモン果汁 少し
ラカント 10g
【作り方】
1 オーブンを180°Cに予熱
2 カッテージチーズ、ヨーグルト、豆乳をミキサーで混ぜる。
3 おからパウダー、卵、レモン果汁、甘味料を入れ混ぜる。
4 型に流し込み、予熱したオーブンで約45分焼く。
5 冷蔵庫で一晩冷やしてから型を抜く。
ingredients(12.5 cm round type)
100g of cottage cheese (backed type)
40g Fat 0 yogurt
100g soy milk calories
10g Okara powder
1 egg (whole egg)
A little lemon juice
10g Lacant
directions
1 Preheat oven to 180 ° C
2 Mix the cottage cheese, yogurt and soy milk with a mixer.
3 Add okara powder, egg, lemon juice and sweetener and mix.
Pour into a 4 mold and bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
5 Cool in the refrigerator overnight and then remove the mold.

What’s in My Kitchen Pantry (15 Must Have!)
1) Teas - Drink green tea on a daily basis to support a healthy gut & weight.
2) Oats - Choose rolled oat as it’s less processed and will keep you fuller for longer.
3) Nut Butter - Buy 100% pure, without added salt / sugar or preservatives.
4) Nuts & Seeds - Buy in small packets to control your portion. Each serving is 40g!
5) Herbs & Spices - To avoid packing on added calories, flavour your food with herbs and spices.
6) Quinoa - One of the world’s healthiest grains. Red quinoa is less processed and will take longer to cook.
7) Canned beans - Very convenient and saves plenty of cooking time. Remember to rinse and drain before cooking to reduce the sodium levels.
8) Tuna cans - A very convenient source of protein. Choose tuna in water and avoid tuna in oil!
9) Supplements - Supplements will never replace proper nutrition but they can help you achieve your fitness goals quicker. You must still consume real whole foods!
10) Coconut & Olive Oil - Great to be used for cooking, baking and as a dressing.
11) Goji Berries - Very high in antioxidants and secret to youthful skin. Enjoy as snacks or top it onto salads, oatmeal, or add into water and baked goods.
12) Chia Seeds - Great as an egg replacement for vegans. Mix 1 tbsp. Chia to 3 tbsps. Water.
13) Maple Syrup - A healthier sweetener but sugar is still sugar! Consume in small quantity!
14) Nut butter powder - Nutty flavour which I like to add into my smoothie, shakes, oatmeal, and healthy muffins.
15) Chocolate drink - Indulge in moderation.
