Let’s all welcome springtime by joining an upbeat and dynamic #silentdisco #vinyasa yoga practice with myself, through a yoga asana journey to help rid your mind and body of unwanted toxins, thoughts and habits. Expect plenty of twists and some inversions.

This class is limited to 25 people only, and is suitable for all levels. You are welcome to challenge yourself, but modifications will be provided to beginners.

Strap can help, or simply hold your elbows as an alternative for beginners. It’s so funny that you may be able to clasp your hands on one side, and a minute later you totally lose control of another side.🤨 It’s the first thing that I learnt from Yoga; that our body is imbalanced. 👉🏽Your left leg may be slightly longer than your right leg or your right shoulder is so much tighter than your left one. We fight hard to strike a balance between work and life, family and friend, and even self and others. However, don’t forget the balance of our root itself – our body. ⚖️ Be aware of your limits and work on them. If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.👊🏽🉐

Beginner class at 7pm to 8pm in Sheung Wan every Monday:
•This class is primarily for beginners or people have zero experience with yoga
• Traditional yoga style (Iyengar, alignment base)
• Will use props like straps and blocks to assist students in achieving the right form of each pose
〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰Level One Class at 8pm to 9pm in Central every Tuesday
• This class is suitable for students who have been practicing yoga for at least 3 months
• This class will challenge students with some intermediate poses and will train students to go deeper into poses which may already be familiar
• Students in the class should be able to do push-ups
• Wheel pose and dolphin pose might be required
