青咖喱雞肉炒飯 ($108) Fried Rice with Green Curry Chicken (HKD108)
This fried rice was perfectly seasoned; the grains were individual, kissed with the curry. The strong fragrance of the green curry and chicken cubes added a real punch to the fried rice. The taste was really good and we polished off the bowl of fried rice. Served with chicken skewers.

Hello everyone!! I hope you all have had an amazing weekend so far!
During the week, I usually drink latte nothing fancy. However, its weekend! I want to make something different! Also I dont care about calories on weekends 🤣 Life is too short!
This type of coffee reminds me of Thai milk tea as it also contains condensedmilk in it. I personally love both of them 😋 Yet, they are sometimes drinks! Don't have it everyday 🤣
Feel free to adjust the portion of condensed milk if you dont like too sweet. 😇

🥚Telur ayam 2, ke 3 biji ikut suka
💮bawang putih 4,5 ulas
🌶cili padi 3, ikut selera pedas masing2.
🍶Kicap ABC, Sos tiram,
sos ikan/sotong, garam, gula, kiub pati ayam.
Cara-cara.
# Goreng Telur dulu, asingkan okeh. saya suka kuning Telur tu cair di mulut gitew.
1)Tumbuk cili dan bawang putih, kemudian tumis dalam kuali.
2)Masukkan ayam, gaul-gaul sama dia.
3) Tuang segala mak nenek kicap, sos tiram, sos ikan/sotong, kiub pati ayam, dan perasa
4) Tambah air sikit, kalau nak berkuah boleh letak banyak sikit ikut suka hampa.
5) And lasttt sekali letak daun basil, sekejap saja lepas tu tutup api.
6) Cara hidang dia angkat dan letak dalam pinggan yang ada telur tadi, kambus telur tadi..

材料:
硬豆腐2磚
三色椒各半個
罐頭菠蘿1罐(細)
辣椒仔1隻
檸檬葉1片
處理:
1. 三色椒,洗淨,切粒。
2. 罐頭菠蘿,切粒,保留罐內糖水。
3. 辣椒仔,切粒,
檸檬葉,切碎。
4. 預備咕嚕汁:
a. 茄汁2湯匙
b. 泰式辣醬1湯匙
c. 冰糖幾粒
d. 菠蘿糖水加水至200毫升
5. 豆腐,切細粒。
烹調:
1. 白鑊爆香三色椒。
2. 加入油2湯匙。
3. 另一邊鑊,大火燒熱油500毫升。
4. 放豆腐入滾油,大火炸。
5. 三色椒已爆香,放上碟。
6. 放咕嚕汁煮熱。
7. 咕嚕汁,加入白醋1湯匙。
8. 放三色椒入咕嚕汁內。
9. 熄火,攤凍咕嚕汁。
10. 豆腐已炸至金黃色,撈起,擎乾油。
11. 等油再滾起,再放豆腐炸30秒。
12. 撈起豆腐,擎乾油,熄火。
13. 咕嚕汁,已攤凍,加入已切粒的菠蘿。
14. 加豆腐入咕嚕汁,撈勻。
15. 放上碟。
16. 加入檸檬葉碎,辣椒粒,完成,可享用。
Deepfried tofu in sweet and sour sauce:
Ingredients:
Hard tofu 2 cubes
Tri~colour pepper half No. per each

Red chili 1 No.
Patchouli 1 pc
Preparation:
1. Tri~colour pepper, rinse and dice.
2. Canned pineapple, get it diced. Retain the syrup in can.
3. Red chili, dice it,
Patchouli, dice it.
4. Prepare the sweet and sour sauce:
a. Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
b. Thai chili sauce 1 tbsp
c. Rock sugar a few cubes
d. Pineapple syrup and water 200ml
5. Tofu, dice in small cubes.
Steps:
1. Fry the tri~colour pepper with no oil in wok.
2. Add oil 2 tbsp.
3. Heat up oil 500ml in another wok.
4. Put tofu in hot oil, deepfry at high flame.
5. Tri~colour pepper has been fried well. Put on plate.
6. Heat up the sweet and sour sauce.
7. Mix the sweet and sour sauce with white vinegar 1 tbsp.
8. Put tri~colour pepper into the sweet and sour sauce.
9. Turn off fire. Cool down the sauce.
10. Tofu has been deepfried into golden yellow. Pick up and hang dry the oil.
11. Wait for boiling up of oil, deepfry tofu again for 30 seconds.
12. Pick up tofu, hang dry the oil. Turn off fire.
13. Sweet and sour sauce has been cooled down, add the diced pineapple.
14. Mix tofu with sweet and sour sauce well.
15. Put on plate.
16. Put patchouli and red chili on top. Complete. Serve.

■コーヒーチョコチップスムージー
2人分
材料:
コーヒー 360ml (淹れて冷ましておく)
牛乳60ml + 生クリーム60ml
チョコレートチップ 60g + 適量(砕いておく、トッピング用)
砂糖 大さじ2
コーヒー豆 6粒
ホイップクリーム 適量(トッピング用)
作り方:
1.製氷皿にコーヒーを注ぐ。少なくとも4時間、または一晩凍らせる。
2.ミキサーにコーヒーアイス、ハーフ&ハーフ、チョコレートチップ、砂糖、コーヒー豆を入れ、滑らかになるまで混ぜる。
3.(2)をグラスに注ぎ、ホイップクリームと砕いたチョコレートチップをのせたら、完成!
■抹茶バニラスムージー
2人分
材料:
熱湯 360ml (抹茶小さじ1/2を溶かして、冷ましておく)
牛乳 120ml
砂糖 大さじ2
バニラエクストラクト 小さじ1
ホイップクリーム 適量 (トッピング用)
抹茶 適量 (トッピング用)
作り方:
1.製氷皿に抹茶を注ぐ。少なくとも4時間、または一晩凍らせる。

½ cup half & half(120 mL)
⅓ cup chocolate chips(60 g), plus more, crushed for topping
2 tablespoons sugar
6 coffee beans
whipped cream, for topping
Preparation:
1.Pour the coffee into an ice cube tray. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
2.Add the coffee ice cubes, half and half, chocolate chips, sugar, and coffee beans to a blender. Blend until smooth.
3.Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and crushed chocolate chips.

1.Pour the Thai tea into an ice cube tray. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
2.Add the Thai tea ice cubes, milk, and sweetened condensed milk to a blender and blend until smooth
3.Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream. Garnish with star anise.

Peanut Butter Banana Caffeinated Smoothie
for 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups coffee(360 mL), brewed, cooled
2 tablespoons peanut butter
½ cup whole milk(120 mL)
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup, plus more for topping
1 ripe banana
whipped cream, for topping
Preparation:
1.Pour the coffee into an ice cube tray. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
2.Add the coffee ice cubes, peanut butter, milk, chocolate syrup, and banana to a blender. Blend until smooth.

材料:
鳳尾蝦1磅
三色椒各半個
雞蛋2隻
調味料:
冰糖2粒
生粉2湯匙
麪粉2湯匙
茄汁3湯匙
泰式辣醬2湯匙
白醋1湯匙
處理:
1. 鳳尾蝦用清水解凍。
2. 蝦解凍後,倒去水分,用粗鹽醃3分鐘,去除雪味。
3. 蝦沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
4. 預備簡單咕嚕汁:
a. 水200毫升
b. 冰糖2粒
c. 茄汁3湯匙
d. 泰式辣醬2湯匙
e. 白醋1湯匙
烹調:
1. 在鑊中用中火燒熱200毫升水。
2. 加入已沖淨的冰糖。
3. 加入茄汁3湯匙、白醋1湯匙及1湯匙泰式辣醬。
4. 另一邊,煲滾1鑊水,加入1/2湯匙油,放三色椒。
5. 在咕嚕汁內,加入生粉芡至滾起。
6. 三色椒已灼好,加入咕嚕汁。
7. 加入2隻雞蛋與蝦撈勻。
8. 加入生粉及麪粉與蝦一同撈勻。
9. 中火在鑊中燒熱300毫升油。
10. 蝦逐隻放入油炸。
11. 炸了3分鐘,撈起蝦。
12. 油再次燒熱至起泡時,再放蝦回鑊炸1分鐘。
13. 撈起蝦,擎一擎乾油分,放入(6),已攤凍的咕嚕汁,與蝦一起撈勻,上碟。

Ingredients:
Phoenix~tailed prawns 1 lb
Tri~colors bell pepper half No. per each
Eggs 2 Nos.
Seasoning:
Rock sugar 2 cubes
Tapioca starch 2 tbsp
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
Thai chili sauce 2 tbsp
White vinegar 1 tbsp
Preparation:
1. Defrost prawns with tap water.
2. Prawns have been defrosted. Pour away water, season with cooking salt for 3 minutes to release unpleasant smells and tastes.
3. Rinse prawns thoroughly. Hang dry.
4. Prepare simple sweet and sour sauce:
a. Water 200ml
b. Rock sugar 2 cubes
c. Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
d. Thai chili sauce 2 tbsp
e. White vinegar 1 tbsp
Steps:
1. Heat up 200ml water at medium flame in wok.
2. Put rinsed rock sugar.
3. Add 3 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp white vinegar and 1 tbsp Thai chili sauce.
4. Boil up a wok of water on the other side, put tri~color bell pepper with 1/2 tbsp oil.
5. Mix tapioca sauce into sweet and sour sauce until it boils up.
6. Tri~color bell pepper has been cooked well. Mix with sweet and sour sauce.
7. Mix prawns with 2 eggs well.
8. Mix tapioca starch and rice flour with prawns well then.
9. Heat up 300ml oil at medium flame in wok.
10. Put prawns into wok one by one.
11. Pick up prawns after deep-frying for 3 minutes.
12. Heat up oil again when there are bubbles coming up, put prawns in wok frying for 1 minute.
13. Pick.up prawns. Hang dry, then put into Step (6), the sweet and sour sauce. Mix well with the sauce. Serve.
