Our Finished Product - Black Squid Ink Bomba rice Paella with Squid, Baby Squids, Saffron, Red Pepper, Seafood Stock, Red Spanish Palamos Prawn Heads jus Emulsion, Garlic Allioli. With a nice Socarrat bottom layer. 【Zafran, Central, Hong Kong】Smells so good and we decided to cut the squid into rings rather than diced, I think this method works a treat if we are allowed to say so! 😋
