星期一至日都能夠滿足大家需求

Throwback last year June when I was in Centro de visitantes San Antonio, Murcia, Spain.
.
I came back from London last Tuesday, a day before the implementation of RMO begin. I am glad that I am healthy and no sign of any covid-19 symptoms.
.
As a runner, we always run and run and run, train and train and train without letting our body and mind to have a complete rest from doing the same thing session after session, day after day.
.
I am taking this RMO opportunity for an official off season from not doing any stair, and run sessions but a minimum of 15-20 minutes of indoor workout.
.
At one point, I am focusing on meditating, learning new language, reading and analysing on how to have a breakthrough in Towerrunning Sport and in running efficient, fast!
.
On the other hand, I am playing games, watching drama series, and some movies. It's been a long time not going to the cinema as I train consistently and travel frequently.
.
With the extra 14 days of RMO extension, plus the current 6 days we left, we have 20 days to go. I hope all of you will stay at home, go out only when necessary to stock up foods. Keep training but indoor for those who want to still maintain their fitness, or to build endurance, strength, or power.
.
One thing for sure, stay positive all the time, and believe that we will be able to run outdoor again!
