The photos you are looking at are the first bodyweight session I posted on my channel 6 years back. The difficulty of this session today is only level 2, but back then, I'm already struggling each round (4 min) despite coming from many years of training experience from weightlifting and running!
Since then, I have posted more bodyweight workouts than ever because I find bodyweight is super efficient; it could help a person get fit, burn fat, and maintain a lean physique, especially when we can't go to the gym or do cardio outdoor.
Time flies, today I've produced up to 1000+ bodyweight content in my socials, online programs, and app. The best thing is how we progressed throughout these years from Level 2 to Level 6! From a 4 minute routine to a 60+ minute nonstop session. You guys are fantastic!
Will there be a level 7 workout? Tbh, Level 6 is currently the best I can produce with proper form and pace. If you pay close attention to some of my level 6 workouts, you will notice that my form is slowly breaking down by the session's intensity.
Imo, coming out with the most brutal deadliest routine is not the hard part; anyone can draft out a 1000 burpees routine and name it a level 7 workout. A 2000 burpees and call it a level 8 workout etc... but executing it with poor form and taking way too long to complete is not a workout at all.
Well, that's not the goal for now. The goal is about executing it properly while keeping it safe and effective for everyone to follow along. That's what every workout session should be. So will there be a proper level 7 workout session in the future? Never say never. We shall see. ;)

Our never-ending lockdowns just got worse. New rules state that we can’t even do outdoor physical training like running or jogging anymore in Selangor area 🤷♂️

Minggu ni @the.artisanshaven X me nak kenalkan korang dengan satu aktiviti bagi adrenaline rush sikit. Most Fun Gym (MFG) @mostfungym founded by Oh Kah Beng or fondly called as Coach KB. Sounds familiar? Yang familiar tu mesti pernah pergi kan!
MFG ni memang agak hidden right smack in the busy city of Damansara. A must seek gem untuk sesiapa yang nak adventure motocross (mx) / dirt-road biking, untuk semua peringkat umur ok! Bikes sini memang well-maintained, sebenarnya riding gears semua provided tapi disarankan untuk pakai long jeans, ankle-high boots /sport shoe dan stoking panjang yang sesuai. Harga pun tak mahal, bersesuaian dengan pengalaman korang dapat dan ilmu daripada coaching sessions yang korang bayar. Package ada beberapa, daripada Standard ke Advanced Seasoned rider. (Info lanjut nanti boleh tanya MFG).
Coach KB sangatlah knowledgeable and coaching dia memang korang takkan terasa yang tak pernah naik bike camtu sebelum ni lah. This former championship racer memang top form mechanic dan penuh dengan cerita sharing pengalaman beliau. Coach kat sana memang kaw-kaw genuinely interested in teaching you the correct techniques and seeing you improve sebabnya satu, riding MX ni involved 100% safety. They really take your riding skills to the next level.
I guarantee you that MX adventure kat MFG ni memang terbaik utk belajar MX action dalam suasana yang selamat dan fun. One of a great outdoor workouts jugak. Satu je nak pesan, just be prepared to sweat buckets and ache in places you have never ached before.
