多謝好友朱老闆請客，帶我去試壽司處今村食廚師發辦。好好食呀！😋😋我帶咗支香港無得買、法國都極難買嘅Loire Valley biodynamic 葡萄酒Les Noels de Montbenault 2015年去配壽司。以Chenin Blanc葡萄釀造，優雅而帶白花、柑橘、奶油、蘋果及礦物等味道，產量極少，我好難先係Loire Valley買到。配鮮味嘅壽司一流，互相輝映，帶出更多白酒嘅果香，亦令刺身更甜美。Cheers! 新年快樂！😋😋🎉🥂
Thanks my friend Boss Chu for bringing me to try Sushi Imamura omakase. It’s very delicious! 😋😋 I brought a special white wine that cannot be found in HK & hard to get in France - Les Noels de Montbenault 2015, a biodynamic wine from Loire Valley, to match with sushi. Made with Chenin Blanc, it’s elegant with white flowers, citrus, creamy, apple & mineral notes. The production is very small. It took me a long time to get it in Loire Valley. It’s a perfect match with sushi. The pairing brings out more fruity notes from the wine and more umami notes of the sashimi. Cheers! Happy New Year! 😋😋🎉🥂
