今天好開心去新北市樹林紅麴文化節活-他們問我可不可以放紅麴在英式料理可是。。。我沒有用過紅麴!英國沒有-我用google translate就說red dragonfly🤔🤔我本開始不知道是給鹹的食物用還是甜的!
我想很久-後來發現放蛋糕讓蛋糕顏色很美,也是好健康-對身體很好-因為我非常不喜歡加化學顏色在料理-我今天的活動放在炸魚薯條的塔塔醬,好吃喔!我test很久因為真的不知道怎麼用-後來我有認識一個新的東西可以放在料理裡面-好幸運!

Today I was very happy to be invited to do a cooking demo at a press conference- I was asked to use an ingredient I had never used before called 紅麴(hong qu) I had not a clue what it was and google translate translated it as ‘red dragonfly’ haha this was indeed a challenge- but I love it, being in another country and learning about a new cultures ingredients-challenge yourself everyday!! #快樂 #活動 #紅麴 #紅麴粉 #新的料理#event#pressconference #newtaipeicity #newtaipeicitygovernment #governmentevent #thankful #fishandchips
