老字號鰻魚料理店
是無意間經過發現
門還沒開就大排長龍
台灣人看到排隊就發作😂
搜尋後發現也是名店
立馬加入排隊行列
它的うな重（鰻魚盒飯）
2700/3000日幣（小/大）
うなぎ是鰻魚，
鰻魚放在鋪滿了
白飯的漆盒子上
附味增湯跟漬物
真的不便宜
不過吃一口就知道
跟台灣一份幾百元的鰻魚飯
差別在哪裡
鰻魚真的很好吃
一點點的腥味都沒有
醬汁鹹甜適中
而且烤得超級入味
肉質入口即化
重點是烤功了得
每一口都外皮酥脆
鰻魚肉細緻而且一點刺沒有
而且不會像台灣的烤鰻魚
醬汁塗好塗滿
完全蓋過鰻魚的風味
每一口都這麼層次分明
這就是我
這麼喜歡鰻魚飯原因

菜單上還有白燒鰻魚
就是沒有任何醬汁，
直接將鰻魚火烤的料理
你可以吃得出師傅烤鰻魚
的功夫跟食材本身的滋味
但我還是喜歡蒲燒口味

另外加點了烤鰻肝
這個我有點怕怕的
吃過就好
還有玉子燒
玉子燒感覺是
層層堆疊的蛋皮
有淡淡的雞蛋香氣
搭配加一點醬油的蘿蔔泥
非常好吃😋 .
🐟鮪魚刺身山藥泥
生魚片就是新鮮
山藥泥跟一般的不一樣
非常的濃稠
加上新鮮山葵
跟一點點醬油口感很棒 .
🍱烤雞盒飯
蒲燒口味的烤雞飯
味道跟蒲燒鰻魚差不多
雞肉很新鮮彈牙
不敢吃鰻魚的可以點這個

【鶯歌】厚道飲食店 | 姐吃的是回憶

高中時期，媽媽曾帶我特地來吃這間座落於鶯歌老街的古早味排骨飯。若要我去評論一個「排骨便當」，我還真不知該說什麼？就是比超商、還有便當店的肉質嫩、表皮炸的酥脆不滲油，蛋滷的烏亮。#不專業心得

這種越簡單的東西，有時候越難以去形容。差之毫釐，失之千里。若是風塵碌碌，配著公事囫圇吞棗，不管吃哪裡的排骨飯就都一樣，反正最終也只是填飽肚皮。若是去細心品嚐，伴著風景、身旁的人事物，碗裡，即便是清湯掛麵，也是唯一的。

另外，值得一提的是店家的飲料，完全可以開成一間飲料店。健康、好喝、價格實在。
