有空檔時雖然會想跟朋友見面，但是這次週末我決定很自私地取消所有約會，禮拜五晚上下班後直接打包，帶上麻吉，開去墾丁🚗 兩天這樣睡飽😴衝飽🏄🏻♀️吃飽🍜 我好很多了🙌🏽

Wow it’s been four weeks non-stop running around and working with people. And also four weeks of deprived sleep cuz I could not NOT meet my friends at night too. But ya, no surprise the #sleepwhenyourdead motto works for only a limited amount of time before you really start to die haha... 🤯

Saying “no, I need time for MYSELF” is something I’m still scared to say, ‘cause i love being with friends, AND work, AND generally being hyperactive🤷🏻♀️ This weekend I saw the burn-out emergency light on though🚨, and before I allowed my system to crash, I managed to finally say “Sorry- but I’m outta here. NOW. Alone. ”

A road trip to surf down south with my dog was the simplest and best thing to do. I feel relaxed and recharged again. It’s that easy girl, but you just gotta do it -more often - note to self 📝
