As part of my new year resolution to a year of wellness, I found myself drawn to Nina from De la Belle Wellness. Only only is she very knowledgeable and passionate about body wellness, she even concocted her own lemongrass massage oil and customise the herbal bath ingredients according to her client’s needs.
On my second trip to De La Belle, I tried the Moxibustion treatment which is a form of heat therapy with a chinese herb, 艾草 aka wormwood, made into an incense like stick to burn near our skin. This treatment is great for people with indigestion problem, poor blood circulation and low immunity. As it helps to enhance vitality, expel toxins, cold, dampness and wind from our body as well as to increase the flow of “qi” in the body, and improve the general well being and health. I had a very good night rest after doing the moxibustion treatment. So together with De La Belle Wellness, I am doing a giveaway of a session of Moxibustion treatment to one of the lucky winner.
