In need of pampering session, i made a visit to @delabellewellness to try their Herbal Bath and Moxibustion treatment.

Moxibustion is a traditional method used to help in increasing blood circulation, tonify energy, stimulate the digestive system and boost the immune.
•
After herbal bath, treatment started with light lymphatic massage and guasha.. usually i really scared with guasha but their massage is really direct to the point where i feel tight, to unclog the problematic points.
They applied special clay mineral on the important accupuncure points then heat up with herbal stick called “moxa” made of mugwort aged over 5 years. It can helps to stimulate “Qi” flow.
I found that it was amazing that they warm up the accupuncture point at the back but i could feel the warm sesnsation went thru onto my front body.. This treatment will facilitate the body healing and 10 times more effective than normal massage and it doesn’t leave any mark on the skin like cupping.
My body feel really good and refreshed after this treatment.. Thanks for the good massage too..
