After four consecutive weeks of team introduction videos, finally, the last member of our team is about to show up. The last introduced therapist, she is a instructor trainee who joined this team last year and she will share one of our core value: Movement Health with you in this video.

Also, Movement Science Practitioner (MSP) is determined to be held in 2021.This new series will teach professionals working in fitness and wellness to enhance your offering by understanding your clients’ movement patterns and delivering targeted interventions to promote health and enhance performance. If you are interested in motor control, then you can't miss it.

As we enter our third Movement Control Order (MCO) or a lockdown phase, the government has announced an extension of the lockdown for another 14 days to curb new covid-19 cases.

As a filmmaker/creator, I can only continue working on past projects and shoot some shorts like this to entertain myself.

Just showing you guys how 5 minutes of my day look like during a Lockdown, also known as MCO (Movement Control Order) in my country, Malaysia.

Yes, I plant my own vegetables, specifically Microgreens. They are really delicious and densely packed with nutrients, micronutrients, phytonutrients and more goodies. I eat them every meal, not even kidding.

Yes, they can be turned into a very lucrative business and make you a lot of money. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
