Ingredients:
wet ingredients :
300g Banana
100g oat milk
80g oil
160g beet sugar
dry ingredients :
100g chickpea flour
260g rice flour
40g almond flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 bananas
Instructions:
1. blend all the wet ingredients in a blender.
2. combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix with the wet mixture.
3. bake at 180C/356F for 45 minutes
4. Enjoy!

2、粉系を篩にかけ、1と混ぜ合わせる。
3、180℃で45分くらい焼く。

椰子油 2 tbsp
蜜糖 2 tbsp (可調整)
雲呢拿油 1 tsp(可調整)
燕麥 1+1/2 杯
(1杯打成粉狀)
梳打粉 1 tsp
鹽 1 tsp
**180 Degree 40-55 mins or till Golden Brown

2 tbsp honey (adjustable)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1+1/2 cup oat
(1 cup : blend to powder)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
