兩年持續不間斷的練習讓我深深感受到瑜伽所帶來的許多好處🤸🏾♀❣️ 每天的早晨練習不只讓我減輕許多壓力，還教會我如何使內心達到平衡的狀態。看似簡單不過卻有許多需要學習的地方。我開始學習怎麼把自己的慾望給剃除掉，因為真正該探討的並不是表面上的成效與華麗，而是過程中身心靈內在的成長。因此我試著改用微笑接受所有的不完美，這些的不完美也包括了自我期許、身體各種變化和人生😉
我們可以抱怨和批評過去所發生的不愉快，或者我們可以選擇把握當下所擁有的一切，抱持感恩的心態看待所有事物，而且努力生活的同時，我就像學習瑜伽一樣，別忘記適時放輕鬆，深呼吸並保持優雅的笑容😬😂
明年我想去印度完成我參加瑜伽研習的小夢想，如果你有推薦的學校和老師可以和我分享，我會非常感激的☺️🧡 謝謝閱讀🙏🏽 希望今天大家沒有受到豪雨的負面影響（我們家小狗 @super.maji 最愛下雨天了!!😆🐕🌧）
Throughout the past two years of continuous practice I have learned to appreciate the versatility and benefits of YOGA🤸🏾♀️❣️ On one hand the daily morning practice has helped me a lot to release stress through physical training, and on the other hand the philosophy of yoga has taught me about inner balance. There is a lot to learn, but what I had to work on most was LETTING GO of selfish expectations (which I often even wasn’t aware of!), and instead trying to ACCEPT and LAUGH about imperfections - imperfections in myself, the body and life. 🍀🤗
All we have is HERE and NOW. 🤲🏽
We can complain about things that have happened in the passed, judge them, victimize ourselves and call them bad - OR we focus on WHERE we are TODAY and what we ALREADY HAVE. Trying to be grateful, work on our life, and when possible… relax our faces, breathe more, and smile as gracefully as we can 😉🧘🏽♀️
So next year I’d like to go to India to deepen my practice and fulfill my little dream to do an instructor course. If you can recommend me a school or a teacher, I’d be very grateful🙏🏽 Thank you! Oh and enjoy the mesmerizing rain today😂 (my pupp @super.maji is always happiest in the rain!😆🐕🌧)
