This is my favourite Bodyweight Cardio Combo Workout. You'll be on fire! 🔥🔥
1) Wide Burpees to Jacks
2) Jump Squat to High Knees
3) Side Jump to Double Hop
4) Kneel to Squat Jump
5) Mountain Climber to Jack Plank
45secs Workout - 15secs Rest
Complete 2 sets in 10 minutes.

Complete 2 sets
Total workout time: 20 mins
Include a 5-minute warm up & cool down
Perform this exercise 3-4 times weekly on alternate days. Include 45-60 minutes of cardio on the other days.
Stay committed, move daily, eat a clean and well balanced diet, and you WILL start to see changes within 4-6 weeks.
