Who’s a fan of Momo, raise your hands 🙌🏼

90 days have just passed by in a blink of an eye… and I’m done with my New Advisor Earning Programme (NAEP) with Thermomix Malaysia]! 🤍 and NOW, I’m a Senior Advisor uooollllssss!

What a journey it has been! I never knew I was capable of cooking and baking so many types of food in my life! 😍 I’ve always had reservations when it comes to cooking & baking due to my anxiety. I’m triggered by oil splashes, by instances when I forget an ingredient or a certain step — the kitchen was NOT my happy place 🥺

Ever since Momo came into my life — that immediately changed. The kitchen is now where I find joy, I find my resilience & new memories, where I find out NEW things about myself that I didn’t know I can do! 😍

What I love most is the COMMUNITY. A very generous, loving and helpful group of people just sharing their love, support and knowledge together. It’s something that money definitely cannot buy 🤍

I’ve forged new friendships, created new experiences and now I can even earn a sustainable income with Thermomix Malaysia]! I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason & somehow stumbling upon this Thermomix career has allowed me to work from home comfortably despite the pandemic 🥰

- LA MER THE LIP BALM, the product itself exudes a light mint fragrance, which calms, repairs and moisturizes my lips, instantly soothes dryness, moisturizes, repairs, and strengthens my lip skin at the same time. If only one of these eight products can be selected, I will choose this one.

- VOGUE has always strongly recommended JO MALONE LONDON VITAMIN E LIP CONDITIONER, and the whole market has been discussed hotly. JO MALONE is a fragrance brand, so I am especially looking forward to reviewing this lip balm. This lip balm is very easy to use. Vitamin E lip balm is a rich and protective product that can nourish and soothe dry and damaged lips. It is really moisturizing and will not evaporate quickly. Rubbing on the lips can strengthen the protection of the lip skin. Definitely recommend.

- TATCHA CAMELLIA GOLD SPUN LIP BALM, a powerful moisturizing lip cream rich in camellia oil, can be quickly absorbed, leaving my lip skin soft and moisturized, with a touch of 23-karat golden shimmer. It is really recommended.

- CHRISTIAN DIOR ADDICT LIP GLOW, almost every girl has had this lip balm. I especially like the color #004. My previous review post was to apply this lip balm. The most special feature of this lip balm is that it will change color with body temperature when applied to the lips. This lip balm can moisturize and cover lip lines. The texture is smooth, easy to push away, moist and natural enough. Highly recommend.

- LANEIGE LIP SLEEPING MASK, rich in compound "fruit V extract" and hyaluronic acid, helps to remove dead skin on the lips, smooth and moisturize my dry and sensitive lips. Applying this product, my lips are full of sweet grapefruit scent all night, which makes me relax and fall asleep. I would definitely recommend this.

- BURT’S BEES BEESWAX LIP BALM, this lip balm is one of the flagship products of this brand. I especially like that it is 100% natural and contains peppermint oil, but it feels very refreshing when applied. The product is infused with natural honey for repairing purposes. Off from work now. You must be very hungry. Let's check out this classic Fried Rice dish. In 1940s-1950s, western cuisine started their important role in Hong Kong food culture. The chefs in Chinese restaurants at that time tried to simulate the tomato sauce and white sauce of Western cuisine in their chinese cooking. Such combination completely showed the cooking talent and creativity of the Hong Kong chefs. It created a huge but also positive impact to our (Hong Kong) eating habit and food culture in the last 70 years. Tai Chi Yin Yang Fried Rice is absolutely one of the signatures! The 2 different sauces formed a Yin Yang Pattern over beautiful golden fried rice. It was a very famous dish served in Wedding banquet to represent 2 couple. However, since the cooking steps were more complicated than normal fried rice. The wedding banquet do not serve this dish anymore. This is the reason I recreate this dish.
Let's make one at home. I am sure you will love it as I do.
Ingredients:
1/4 onion
1 tomato
2 kale
100-120g chicken breast
10 tiger prawn
3 eggs
3-4 bowl of cooked rice

Marination for chicken:
1tsp light soy sauce
a pinch of salt
1tsp cornflour
3tbsp water
a pinch of white pepper powder

Sauce:
(Red sauce):
4 tbsp Ketchup
3 tbsp sugar
1.5tbsp light soy sauce
1.5 tbsp vinegar/lychee vinegar
a pinch of salt
150ml water
some cornflour water
(white sauce):
300ml chicken broth
50-60ml evaporated milk/fresh milk
some cornflour water
