What happened on today in year 2018? (1st four photos)
I achieved my First Win in Oversea Towerrunning Race, which happened in Chong Qing. Running up World Finance Centre in Chong Qing (73 Floors, 339m EC, 2040 Steps). It was a super close one as I win by a split second over Liu Zhi Shen from 🇨🇳

We have a celebration afterwards at a super spicy hotpot or typical Chinese steamboat known as 九宫格. I remembered I kept drinking tea / water after each bite of the food from the hotpot 🥵

What happened on today in year 2019? (5th photo onwards)
I won both the events (running up a 28 floors building at Torre Laguna and a 6km run followed by a 28 floors run up). It was a super challenging race as both of this events happened on the same day within a short period of time. We got flagged off individually and I was in the final wave of it. I was supposed to just take part in the first event, which is to run up 28 floors, but then after I finished the race, I went and ask the organizer if I can take part on the second event. He said yea, why not. So he passed me a bib and the next event is going to flag off in 15 minutes time 😅

Therefore, I quickly went and did some drills and get ready for it. It was a good 6km route as we need to ran a 3 laps of 2km route. I am happy to get cheer by a lots of supporters throughout the 6km run. 😊 It gave me charge whenever they cheer for me, asking you to keep going. I got challenged by a runner where we both are quite similar in terms of our performance. We ran together for the first two laps and I had side stitch at the second lap, but glad that he didn't pull away as he is slowing down.

We both ran pretty hard the first lap trying to outrun each other 😅 until both of us almost hit the wall and ended up running together in the second lap.

On the last lap, I am glad I recovered and I made a bold move to pull away from him. He react and tried to follow me, but I push even harder to build a gap between us and in the I have quite a solid gap between both of us.

Finished the third lap and ran up the 28 floors. Happy to winning both the races.
Thanks to the organizer on allowing me to take part in the next event and pass me the bib. I am so grateful to have meet up with so many kind and wonderful people. And I win a big watermelon this time. 😊
