這種訓練有助於幫助你的整套表演或是比賽動作到最後還能有力把招式做出來,彌補有些街健運動員看似很厲害,但是做一招都要休很久才能再做一次的問題,永遠只有影片裡面強,或是遇到battle賽制,只有前一兩次能做出來,後面動作品質就大幅下降,甚至頭暈噁心想吐…
以上每個動作操作自己的約8成力,動作之間之間休息20-30秒。
*暴力上-單槓撐體-引體這三項挑戰腳不着地一口氣做完。

เพราะช่วงนี้จะให้ความสำคัญกับการฝึก Handstand,90’push up หรืออีกหลายๆท่าในการฝึกในการดันหรือแกนกลางทำตัว มันทำให้การฝึกง่ายขึ้นและยังทำให้ป้องกันการบาดเจ็บของข้อมือได้ดีมาก
บาร์ไม้มีน้ำหนักเบาแต่มีความทนทานสูงมากๆไม่หักง่ายๆแน่นอน

Here's some of the workouts that I managed to record ⏺. Will try to do more progress video.

Warm up.
.
Practice handstand kick up x10 for 3 sets, handstand knee tuck x10 (queue sad song).
.
3 sets (points at the video) - sepa bilang se fit, fit lagi tu nah 3 dari crossfit @lindarustico ? and gang on their trial class.
.
Dip x10, push up (alternate knee push up x10, boat pose x5 each leg (how many times was that, lupa ingatan) hold 5 sec after, leg raise x10 and crunches x10. Repeat 3 sets or was it 4? ? matai, do sampai lupa ingatan sdh.

Cooldown - Paling sedap ???
