婆婆給的大雞腿，整隻拿來烤好讚😍
底層鋪滿今天買的金山地瓜，問了菜攤老闆娘才知道，正統的金山地瓜是紅肉的，地瓜不會有纖維，吃起來不會像普通的紅地瓜濕濕爛爛的，孩子邊吃邊說地瓜好好吃....
還有我愛的氣炸花椰菜，很喜歡氣炸後微焦微酥脆的口感，今晚好幸福😍。
#氣炸時蔬大雞腿
作法：
1. 雞腿洗淨擦乾畫幾刀，再用米酒、鹽巴、十三香香料醃製一晚
2. 烤盤上放上切片地瓜（馬鈴薯也可以），放上醃製過的雞腿
3. 噴一點點油，送入氣炸烤箱150度10分鐘
4. 翻面，180度烤10分鐘
5. 將喜歡的蔬菜放入烤盤，噴一點油，一樣180度8分鐘👉出爐開動🍴
