JAIP GUNA KAEDAH RELAU LUPUS NASKAH AL-QURAN ROSAK
PEKAN, 20 Okt - Biarpun perkembangan dunia di arus era konvergens, ayat-ayat cinta Allah kepada hambanya tidak pernah dimamah usia dan kekal dijadikan panduan hidup kepada manusia sepanjang zaman.
Adab membaca dan memegang Al-Quran dalam keadaan berwuduk serta kaedah melupuskan mashaf yang rosak melambangkan ketelitian Islam menterjemah isi kandungan dalam kitab diturunkan kepada Nabi Muhammad s.a.w agar terus terpelihara kepada umat Islam.
Kewajipan memelihara kesucian dan kemuliaan Al-Quran bukan sahaja ketika fizikalnya sempurna bahkan tanggungjawab sebagai muslim tergalas dalam proses perlupusan Al-Quran yang tertib.
Krew Berita Pahang berpeluang mendalami proses perlupusan Al-Quran bersama kakitangan Unit Penapisan Media Bahagian Penyelidikan Agama Islam Pahang (JAIP) di Pusat Pemuliaan Al-Quran di Pekan, Pahang.
Terdahulu prosesnya diselanggara oleh pihak swasta namun perjuangan memartabatkan tatacara pelupusan kitab suci ini diteruskan oleh empat pegawai JAIP sejak empat tahun lalu menggunakan kaedah relau atau pembakaran.
Proses asas pengumpulan bahan Al-Quran dimulakan di semua 11 Pejabat Agama Islam Daerah di seluruh Negeri Pahang dan dihantar ke Pusat Pemuliaan Al-Quran.
Lazimnya pernerimaan dan rekod daripada agensi, institusi pendidikan dan masjid secara pukal dikumpulkan di pusat. Setelah ditimbang naskah yang diterima akan disimpan dalam stor kontena.
Kemudian proses pelupusan dimulakan dengan membakar Al-Quran yang rosak ataupun terkoyak termasuk bahan cetakan pendidikan yang mengandung teks ayat Al-Quran melalui kaedah pembakaran secara relau.
Proses relau mampu memuatkan sehingga 100 kilogram bahan dengan kadar suhu 1000 darjah celsius selama 60 minit sehingga menjadi abu.
Kebiasaannya berat 10 kilogram abu akan terhasil daripada proses relau setiap Kali pembakaran, dan sejurus itu fasa penyejukkan dilakukan lebih kurang 24 jam.
Proses ini bagi menghilangkan haba yang menggunakan mesin relau bernilai RM 35,000 ini dilihat mampu menjimatkan kos pelupusan.
Kemudian abu dibancuh bersama air mengikut kelikatan yang sesuai di dalam tong dan dimasukkan ke dalam blok acuan.
Ia akan menjadi adunan seberat lima kilogram serta dijemur selama seminggu di mana proses pengeringan di bawah cahaya matahari bergantung keadaan cuaca supaya menjadi keras, padat dan tidak mudah berderai.
Manakala proses pengurusan abu dilakukan secara teliti dengan membungkus blok abu ke dalam plastik dan disimpan di dalam stor sebelum diangkut ke kapal bagi menghanyutkan abu.
Setelah abu diangkut ke kapal dengan bantuan anggota Polis Marin dan Angkatan Penguatkuasaan Maritim Malaysia, proses terakhir melupuskan abu Al-Quran selesai apabila abu dihanyutkan ke laut.
Sehingga kini sejumlah empat tan abu Al-Quran berjaya dilupuskan ke laut oleh pihak JAIP semenjak tahun 2017 termasuk menerima sebanyak 40 tan keseluruhan bahan mengandungi kalimah ayat Al-Quran daripada pelanggan.
Berdasarkan keputusan Muzakarah Fatwa Kebangsaan ke-30 pada 22 Ogos 1992, memutuskan kaedah pembakaran dan menghanyutkan abu ke laut selain daripada penanaman abu.

While the ash management process is thoroughly done by wrapping the grey blocks into plastic and stored in store before being transported to ship to drifting the ashes.
After the ashes were transported to the ship with the help of Marine Police and the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Forces, the final process of releasing Al-Quran ashes completed when the ashes were drowned into the
Until now a total of four tonnes of Al-Quran has been successfully released into the sea by the JAIP since 2017 including receiving 40 tonnes of overall ingredients containing the word of Al-Quran verse from customers.

What is a human life worth to a cigarette manufacturer?
Cigarettes cause about one death per million smoked with a latency of about 25 years, which is why the 6 trillion smoked in 1990 will cause about 6 million deaths in 2015. That's one death every 5 seconds. One-third or one-quarter of those deaths will be from lung cancer; about one every 15 or 20 s.
This relationship is fairly consistent in different parts of the world, given the homogeneity of cigarettes and how similarly they are smoked. It also means we can generate some interesting equivalences. Cigarettes typically come in 20 sticks per pack, with 200 sticks per carton, 10 000 sticks per master case and 10 million sticks per container. A 12 m (40 ft) container of the sort shipped overseas or trucked by highway houses 10 million cigarettes, which means that each container will cause about 10 deaths.
We can also think about this in terms of the rate at which cigarettes are smoked. A total of 6 trillion cigarettes are smoked every year, and if each cigarette is about 60 mm (counting only the part that is smoked), this means that 360 trillion mm of cigarettes are smoked per year. Converting this, 360 trillion mm is 360 billion m, or 360 million km. Imagined as one long rod, this means that cigarettes are smoked at a rate of 360 million km per year, which is more than 10 km/s. Cigarettes are smoked at a rate equal to the speed at which satellites orbit the earth.
We can also think about the deaths caused per unit weight of stuffing. Cigarettes contain about two-thirds of a gram of tobacco, which means that if it takes 3 million cigarettes to cause one lung cancer, it takes about 2 million g—or 2 metric tonnes—to cause one lung cancer. A typical tobacco farm yields about 2 tonnes per hectare, so a 10-hectare field will cause about 10 lung cancer deaths/year. And 20 additional deaths from heart attacks, gangrene of the feet, cancers of the bladder and oral cavity, etc.
Finally, we can also think about this in terms of the value of a life as assumed by tobacco manufacturers. Cigarette companies make about a penny in profit for every cigarette sold, or about US$10 000 for every million cigarettes purchased. Since there is one death for every million cigarettes sold (or smoked), a tobacco manufacturer will make about US$10 000 for every death caused by their products. Otherwise put: a cigarette manufacturer will not forgo US$10 000 in profit, even if this means the death of one of their customers. The value of a human life to a cigarette manufacturer is therefore about US$10 000.

My basic truffles formula is “1-2-10”, which translates to one part whipping cream, two parts dark chocolate, and unsalted butter that is 10% of the chocolate by weight. For instance, 75 g whipping cream, 150 g dark chocolate, 15 g unsalted butter or 5 oz. whipping cream, 10 oz. dark chocolate,1 oz unsalted butter. Once you remember this formula, you may make truffles in any quantity you wish. I usually exclude liqueur in my desserts as I have two young kids. You may replace orange oil with Cointreau for this recipe if you prefer. Just add and taste until you are happy with the flavor.

Non alcoholic orange dark chocolate truffles
(makes about 22)

優質黑朱古力(切細) Good quality dark chocolate, chopped 227 g
淡忌廉 Whipping cream 113 g
淡牛油 (切細) Unsalted butter, cut into small pieces 23 g
橙油 Orange oil 1 tsp
無糖可可粉、糖粉或其他裝飾 Unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered sugar, or coating of your choice
做法 Directions
1. 用磅量好材料. 朱古力(如用大磚)及牛油切碎備用
Weigh your ingredients, chop chocolate (if using the block type) and cut butter into small pieces and set aside.
2. 用微波爐將淡忌廉加熱至微滾(我家微波爐約需四十秒. 請自行調節時間. 用小鍋煮亦可). 將淡忌廉倒入朱古力碗中, 靜置兩分鐘待朱古力溶化
In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave whipping cream on high until it begins to bubble, about 30 to 40 seconds. Pour hot cream over chocolate pieces and let stand for 2 minutes until chocolate is melted.
3. 以橡皮刮刀拌勻淡忌廉及朱古力. 從中心點開始打小圈攪拌, 慢慢將淡忌廉及朱古力拌勻, 再將攪拌範圍向外擴大, 直至將所有淡忌廉融入朱古力. 若朱古力混合物尚有顆粒, 可將碗放入微波爐以中火(50%火力)每次加熱十五秒再攪拌, 直至朱古力完全溶掉
With a rubber spatula, gently stir cream and chocolate together in small circles. Begin at the center and work your way out in larger concentric circles. If you see chunks of chocolate, microwave the mixture on medium power in 15 second intervals then mix until chocolate is completely melted.

When mixture is smooth, stir in butter until shiny and smooth. Then stir in orange oil and mix well. This chocolate mixture is called a ganache.

Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate until it is somewhat firm and scoopable, 2 to 3 hours.
5. 用小型雪糕勺或兩只湯匙將混合物舀出成為朱古力球, 放在墊了牛油紙的烤盤上. 再將朱古力球逐顆放在掌心快手滾圓. 朱古力的軟硬度是關鍵, 太軟會黏手(要放雪櫃再雪十分鐘), 太硬則難以搓成圓球(可放置室温五分鐘). 滾圓過程完成後, 若朱古力已開始變軟可先置雪櫃十分鐘.
***朱古力是會越搓越黏手的, 因手心的熱力會令朱古力溶化, 可以將手用凍水沖洗抹乾後才開始操作. EC不建議雙手沾可可粉防黏, 加入太多可可粉會影响朱古力本身的味道. EC寧可雙手多冲幾次凍水及花多點時間把朱古力放回雪櫃降温!
With a small ice-cream scoop or two spoons, spoon mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roll mixture quickly into balls. Return truffles to the fridge again for 10 more minutes to let them firm up if they become too soft after you finish rolling. It is crucial to shape mixture when it is at the right consistency. Pop it back to the fridge for 10 minutes if it is too sticky and let it sit in room temperature for 5 minutes if it is too hard to shape. It takes me several times to shape the balls perfectly round as they will melt in your hand when you roll them. To avoid chocolate melting too fast, wash your hands with cold water and pat dry before operating. I don’t recommend coating hands in cocoa powder prior to rolling chocolate as adding too much cocoa powder will interfere with the chocolate’s genuine taste. I’d rather wash my hands more often and transfer chocolate in and out from the fridge.
6. 將裝飾(如無糖可可粉、糖粉、果仁碎、椰絲等)倒在小碟或碗中, 先把朱古力放在掌心搓幾秒, 再把朱古力均勻沾上一層薄薄的裝飾, 然後放入密實合置雪櫃下格保存. 食用時將松露朱古力從雪櫃取出, 放置室温約十五至二十分鐘後可供食用
Place coatings (sifted cocoa powder, powdered sugar, toasted nuts, shredded coconut, and etc) in shallow plates or bowls. Roll truffle in your hands for a few seconds to soften it, then roll it in coating. Keep truffles in an airtight container and store them in the fridge. Let stand at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.

電子レンジでご飯が炊けるのは知っていたんですが機会がなかったところ、次男が就職して一人暮らしを始めたので教えがてらやってみました。耐熱温度140℃のジップロックコンテナーでやってみました。結果は上々、夏休みのお昼ご飯や弁当用にも使えそうです。
こちらの動画は三部作。前回のきゅうり漬けの動画 https://youtu.be/JEE-zyZqD60 と次の鮭の混ぜご飯動画があります。そちらもあわせてご覧ください。
*レシピ*
1.ジップロックコンテナー(容量1100ml)をスケールにのせ、目盛りを0にする。
2.お米180gを入れる。(1合は150gですね。間違えました。)
3.スケールはそのままで米を研ぎ水を切る。
4.再び、スケールにのせ450gになるように水を注ぐ。(ちなみにジップロックコンテナーの蓋を除いた重さは40gです。水は洗米時に吸水した分を含め270g入れたことになります)
5.1時間浸水させる。
6.蓋をずらして、600wの電子レンジで4分20秒加熱する。(800wの場合 3分15秒、500wの場合 5分20秒)
7.取り出してかき混ぜる。(「赤子泣いても蓋取るな」はこの際忘れるのだ。)
8.蓋をずらし、今度は300wの電子レンジで7分50秒加熱する。(200wの場合 11分40秒、150wの場合 15分35秒)
9.蓋をし、7分蒸す。
10.でけた。
かき混ぜたら出来上がり。おいしいじゃん!いけるぞ次男!

*recipe*
1.Place a zip lock container (capacity 1100 ml) on the scale and set to 0.
2.Add 1 cup (180g) of rice.
3.Leave the scale as it is, wash the rice drain it.
4.Put it on the scale again and pour water so that it weighs 450g. (By the way, the weight of the zip lock container excluding the lid is 40g. It means that 270g of water was added including the amount of water absorbed during rice washing.)
5.Let the rice soak for 1 hour.
6.Slide the lid and heat in a 600w microwave for 4 minutes and 20 seconds. (3 minutes 15 seconds for 800w, 5 minutes 20 seconds for 500w)
7.Take out and stir.
8.Move the lid and heat it in a 300w microwave oven for 7 minutes and 50 seconds. (11 minutes 40 seconds for 200w, 15 minutes 35 seconds for 150w)
9.Cover and steam for 7 minutes.
10.Done
Stir, and it's ready to serve. It's delicious! You can do it, second son!

I made this easy castella cake ice cream. It tastes like pudding. It's easy to make because you can use store-bought castella cakes.
*Recipe* (for one 500 ml container)
1.Place a castella cake (90 g) in a heatproof, freezable container.
2.Mix 1 egg L size (net weight 55g), 50g milk, 15g sweetened condensed milk, and 100g fresh cream.
3.Pour (2) over (1) and leave it for 10 minutes.
4.Heat in a microwave oven at 600w for 2 minutes and 20 seconds.
5.Cool completely, wrap, and freeze.
6.It is ready to serve. Serve with an ice-disher. You can also eat it with your favorite fruit.
The inside of the castella cake (the yellow part, not the brown part) tastes like an egg-filled pudding ice cream.
It's not surprising, since both are made with milk and eggs.
(4月に撮影した動画です。)お手軽カステラアイスケーキを作りました。お味はプリン味。市販のカステラを使って作るので簡単です。
*レシピ*(500mlの容器 1個分)
1.耐熱で冷凍できる容器にカステラ(90g)を入れておく。
2.卵 Lサイズ 1個(正味 55g)、牛乳 50g、加糖練乳 15g、生クリーム 100gを混ぜあわせる。
3.2を1に掛ける。10分ほどそのまま置く。
4.600wの電子レンジで2分20秒加熱する。
5.完全に冷まし、ラップを掛け、冷凍する。
6.でけた。アイスディッシャーなどで盛り付けていただく。お好みのフルーツと食べても美味しいです。カステラの中の部分(茶色じゃなく黄色いとこ)はまるで卵たっぷりのプリンアイスを食べてるみたいな味。牛乳と卵でできてるお友達だから当然か。

余っていたスキッピィのピーナッツバターで爆速で作れるクッキーを焼きました。味はスキッピィのピーナッツバターそのものなのに食感がサクホロで不思議。お好みで粉砂糖を加えてください。かなり塩っぱいので。
*レシピ*(5センチ弱のクッキー 17枚)
スキッピィ ピーナッツバター クリーミーを使います。他のピーナッツバターを使う場合、ホイップタイプでないものを使ってください。
1.ピーナッツバターの重さを量る。今回、180gでした。
スキッピィ ピーナッツバターの容器は蓋も含め、340g入りが35g。462g入りは38gです。
2.1を常温にする。冷蔵庫から出したてのものは耐熱容器に移し替え、電子レンジで様子を見ながら加熱し柔らかくする。
3.ピーナッツバターの重さの23%分の重さの溶き卵を加え混ぜる。41g加えました。
180g✕23%=41.4g
お好みで甘くしたいときは卵と同量の粉砂糖を加えてください。砂糖を入れないとスキッピィの味そのままでかなりしょっぱい感じです。
4.柔らかすぎるときは一旦冷蔵庫に入れ少し硬くする。
5.1個 13gほどに丸め4.5センチほどに広げる。
6.180℃に予熱したオーブンで縁がうっすら色づく程度に20分ほど焼く。
7.しっかり冷ます。
8.でけた。焼けるときのピーナッツの香り、たまりません。
I baked cookies that can be made in a quick with leftover Skippy peanut butter.
They taste like Skippy peanut butter itself, but the texture is crunchy and crumbly.
You can add powdered sugar if you like. It's quite salty.
*recipe* (17 cookies, just under 5 cm in diameter)
Use Skippy Peanut Butter Creamy. If using another peanut butter, use one that is not the whipped type.
1.Weigh the peanut butter. (In this case, it was 180g.)
2.Bring (1) to room temperature.If it's hard just out of the fridge, transfer it to a heatproof container. Heat in the microwave to soften.
3.Add beaten egg weighing 23% of the weight of the peanut butter and mix.
(41g added.180g x 23% = 41.4g)
Add the same amount of powdered sugar as the eggs if you want it to be as sweet as you like. If you don't add the sugar, you'll get a quite salty taste.
4.If the dough is too soft, put it in the refrigerator to stiffen it up a bit.
5.Roll each one out to about 13g and spread it out to about 4.5cm.
6.Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 20 minutes until the edges are lightly colored.
7.Allow to cool completely.
8.Finished. I love the scent of peanuts while they're baking.
