有兩隻爽口鮮甜大蝦舖在不油膩的金邊粉上。首先大蝦非常新鮮,肉質很爽。而這個金邊粉醬汁獨特,酸酸甜甜,十分開胃。
😋泰式炒大蜆
每隻蜆都係大大隻,肉質鮮甜,加上個汁,真係超級惹味,又唔會太辣,食到停唔到口!
😋魚露蝦干炒椰菜苗
椰菜苗十分新鮮又爽,加上以魚露炒,特别惹味,配上蝦干一齊食,層次豐富,絕對推薦!
😋蝦醬辣椒炒通菜
超大碟菜,真係好岩我依d咁鐘意食菜嘅人,加了指天椒,泰國青辣椒和蝦醬炒,越食越辣和越食越鹹香,十分過癮。
😋最後點可以少得我最喜愛嘅芒果糯米飯。依個黑白芒果糯米飯果然冇令我失望!糯米十分煙韌,咬感口十足。椰汁香濃,芒果夠甜,雪糕係朱古力同雲呢嗱,仲帶點酒香。真係好滿足!

材料:
雞肉 300g,鹽 適量,胡椒粉 適量,牛奶,炸粉漿 (炸粉 70g,水 90ml),炸粉
金邊粉醬汁:羅望子 3 tbsp,辣椒醬 2 tbsp,魚醬 1 tbsp,砂糖 3 tbsp,水 2 tbsp
油,蒜蓉 1 tbsp,洋蔥 1/4,辣椒 3,浸了水的金邊粉 100g,炒蛋,醬汁,胡椒粉 適量,炸雞,花生碎,芫茜
做法:
1. 在雞肉上加上少許鹽,胡椒粉,拌勻後加入牛奶,浸 20分鐘
2. 將炸粉和水拌勻
3. 將雞肉沾上炸粉漿,和炸粉,油炸至金黃色
4. 將羅望子,辣椒醬,魚醬,砂糖,水拌勻
5. 開油鑊炒香蒜蓉,洋蔥,辣椒,加入浸了水的金邊粉,炒蛋,醬汁,胡椒粉,炸雞,炒勻
6. 加上花生碎,芫茜

▪ INGREDIENTS:
300g Pre-Cut Chicken, 1 Pinch Salt, 1 Pinch Pepper, Milk
- Batter: 70g Frying Mix, 90ml Water
- Pad Thai Sauce: 3 Tbsp Tamarind, 2 Tbsp Chili Sauce, 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce, 3 Tbsp Sugar, 2 Tbsp Water,
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1/4 Sliced Onion, 3 Peperoncino
100g Drenched Rice Noodles, Scrambled Egg, 1 Pinch Pepper
Ground Peanut, Cilantro
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Drench chicken in milk after seasoning with salt and pepper.
2. Add water to frying mix to make a batter. Dip drenched chicken in batter and dip it into frying mix.
3. Fry batter-coated chicken until brown.
4. Mix tamarind, chili sauce, fish sauce and salt with water to make Pad Thai sauce.
5. Add oil to pan and stir fry minced garlic and sliced onions. When it turns clear, add peperoncino and keep frying. Add drenched rice noodle, scrambled egg, Pad Thai sauce and pepper. Add fried chicken and cook it a little more.
6. Garnish with ground peanut and cilantro.

Went to Chiang Mai, Thailand to chill balls for a few days, and I learned to make Pad Thai.
一人份量 For one person:
蝦5隻 - 5 prawns
金邊粉80克 - 80g of pad thai noodles
韮菜2條 - 2 garlic chives
青檸1個 - 1 lime
蒜1瓣 - 1 clove of garlic
雞蛋1只 - 1 egg
豆乾10塊 - 10 cubes of extra firm tofu
腰果碎1湯匙 - 1tbsp of crushed cashew nuts
蝦乾碎1湯匙 - 1tbsp of dried shrimps
菜脯粒1湯匙 - 1tbsp of sweet turnips
豆芽40克 - 40g of beansprouts
金邊粉醬汁 Pad Thai Sauce:
羅望子醬3湯匙 - 3tbsp of tamarind sauce
生抽2湯匙 - 2tbsp of light soy sauce
棕櫚糖3湯匙 - 3tbsp of palm sugar
青檸汁1湯匙 - 1tbsp fo lime juice
少量鹽 - pinch of salt
番茄醬1湯匙 - 1tbsp of ketchup
