One of my favourite Chinese restaurants right at the city centre(Tsim Sha Tsui) - 金山海鮮酒家 Kam Shan Seafood Restaurant. This is where you can still find many traditional #DimSum (and a view of the busy Nathan Road) that can hardly be found in other Chinese restaurants.

𝐀 𝐛𝐨𝐰𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 ( #SiuMei 燒味) - we usually order soy sauce chicken with rice 豉油雞飯 but the quality varies from time to time. One time it is so delicious, another time you can tell the chicken is not fresh enough. Try the BBQ pork with rice 叉燒飯too.
