我地分別叫咗鵝肝戈渣伴酸薑,手工扎蹄伴海蜇,巧手燕窩鷓鴣粥,茶燻脆香太爺雞,老派網油炸蟹鉗,拍蒜生炒涼瓜牛肉同擂盆香滑花生糊
.
頭盤嘅鵝肝戈渣好夠甘香,扎蹄亦都好懷舊,海蜇又爽口
個燕窩鷓鴣粥一啲都無欺場,有成大羹燕窩喺度,亦好清甜
涼瓜牛肉以為平平無奇,點知好味到阿女係咁要啲牛肉同汁嚟食飯添
茶燻太爺雞皮脆肉嫩,阿女好鍾意食,不過就好似鹹咗少少
另外嘅炸蟹鉗,同我地平時去飲食開嘅完全唔同,食起上嚟仲無咁油膩,仲可以食埋個伴菜蘋果沙律中和返添
花生糊又係好耐無食過,大家都食得津津有味😋
