#被日子追著跑的日子持續中
大家是不是都有同感，年底真的是最忙的時候！
而且還要穿插每個家人的生日！
以前還會提前一個月從台北訂製造型蛋糕宅配來，準備生日派對同歡，現在竟然是到接近晚餐的時候才發現三個和尚真的會沒水喝，連生日蛋糕都差點出包！阿嬤趕快出車去買！
我們不是不在意喔！是沒辦法再更在意了！欣慰孩子長大了的同時，也每天都暗自希望孩子不要太快長大…好像生日低調地過，就不用太快面對。這就是父母的心情啊！
不過聖誕老人沒找到，那個孩子很想要的東西，爸爸媽媽找來了！
壽星想跟同學慶生同歡，要準備什麼實在讓人很頭痛啊！現在很多家長對孩子吃的東西觀念很小心，所以我一開始就覺得除非真的沒想法了盡量不準備食物。找了一下午，最後決定就是小壽星自己很愛玩的史萊姆。自己喜歡的東西，與同學同享，覺得很有意義。
回家加工，貼上為小壽星特製的貼紙，看起來很喜氣！又怕太像果凍被誤食，在盒底製作產品說明，妥善包裝一番。相信小朋友應該都會很喜歡吧！但是拿回家就有可能有很多家長會很想殺我了…哈哈哈…
我家也有小小孩，我知道史萊姆一旦吸到布料、頭髮、木頭裡面，有多令人抓狂…！
不要擔心，安媽媽在這裡亡羊補牢，教大家只要用醋酸/檸檬酸稀釋液，就能夠分解史萊姆喔！
*還好有解法，否則安小小現在應該頭髮剪到都快禿頭了吧…

材料:
enough to topcoat 15 cookies (3inch size)
Powdered Sugar: 8 oz
Cream of tartar: pinch
Egg white: 1 3/8 oz
食用色素 Food color gel https://s.click.taobao.com/WFxFsJw
約可裝飾15片直徑7cm大小的餅乾
糖粉（事先過篩）： 227 g
塔塔粉：一小撮(沒有可省略）
蛋白：40g
注意事項：
皇室糖霜所使用的蛋白是新鮮雞蛋的蛋白，製作過程沒有煮熟蛋白。如果想要完全避免感染沙門氏菌的可能性，尤其是做這款甜品給老人和幼童、抵抗力弱的人群，可以使用巴士殺菌蛋白（pasteurized egg white)。
如果買巴士殺菌蛋白不方便，也可以用蛋清粉加溫水代替：配合這個食譜，蛋清粉7g+溫水33g混合均勻就可以了。
Tips:
1. 製作過程中，攪拌糖霜的時間只需要1-2分鐘左右，攪拌至糖霜看起來是順滑有光澤，顏色很白就可以停止了。過度攪拌會讓糖霜充滿小氣泡，會讓你後續畫畫的時候很困擾的。
2. 這個配方做出來的皇室糖霜是很凝固的狀態。使用的時候，需要加水調節成你所需要的濃稠度。
3. 調節濃度的時候，最好一滴一滴的加水，避免一次加過量：由拉起湯匙讓糖霜落下來，10秒內紋路就會消失，適合給餅乾鋪底色。 10-20秒紋路消失，就比較適合描邊。具體根據你作畫的需要調整。
4. 調節糖霜的時候，不小心調太稀或者太濃都不要緊，太稀就加過篩後的糖粉調節；太濃就一滴，一滴的加水調稀。需要注意的是，攪拌的動作都要非常輕柔，避免讓糖霜充滿氣泡。
5. 蛋白霜最好當天使用，也可以提前一兩天做好放在冰箱冷藏。保存的方法是，把糖霜放在密封盒裡，表面用保鮮膜完全貼合蓋住，再把密封盒蓋上，放到冰箱冷藏，最好在一周內使用完。
6. 每次使用的時候，用乾淨的湯匙取出需要使用的分量，剩下的按照原方法密封保存放回去。
7. 從冰箱取出保存好的糖霜使用的話，需要把糖霜重新攪拌到順滑的狀態再使用。
8. 不喜歡糖霜的甜味的話，可以加一兩滴檸檬汁調節味道，吃起來會比較清爽。
9. 糖霜餅乾做好以後，保存方法是在室溫下，放在完全密封的容器裡，存放在陰涼乾燥處，雖然有的人覺的糖霜餅乾可以室溫保存至少兩週，但我覺得保險起見在一週內吃完比較好喔。
