輕鬆剝蝦三步曲
1. 叉子叉著蝦身，用刀切去蝦頭。
2. 刀子在蝦殼第三節位置攝進去，沿蝦身繞圈推走蝦殼。
3. 叉子叉著已去殼的蝦肉，切去餘下的蝦腳，刀子按著蝦尾左右搖動，褪出餘下的蝦殼。
學會剝蝦大法，但也要留意另一半的體質是否適合吃蝦，蝦性溫，適合身體偏寒人士食用，例如手腳冰冷、怕冷人士；如果身體有偏熱症狀，例如喉嚨痛、生暗瘡、口瘡等就不宜多吃。而且蝦屬動風發物，容易透發或加重皮膚瘡瘍腫毒症狀，皮膚敏感、濕疹患者或容易出風癩者尤其不宜吃。
