過去我不停倡導倒立的好處,甚至在我的書《不設限的美麗》中都特別介紹了倒立生活,人一天中約有2/3時間是直立站或坐姿,因為地心引力的關係,血液循環變成豎向,身體的關節和器官也會承受不同的壓力,甚至會造成局部肌肉的鬆弛。對於肌力不夠的人,內臟容易受重力影響而下垂,壓迫腸胃衍生像是腫脹、消化不良的問題!許多人因為少動久坐身體循環不好,長期有水腫便秘問題,飲食不規律吃太鹹,也會造成淋巴阻塞不暢通,我一定推薦他們練習倒立!不僅能促進身體循環,對改善下半身水腫超有效!透過翻轉倒立可以讓身體血液、淋巴液和多餘水分因為”反重力”而倒流,改善水腫和消化不良的效果超明顯!我常常練習完倒立就想跑廁所!
倒立學習需要穩紮穩打,千萬別急就章,建議從基礎入門開始練習哦。
