方法一:清理家居雜物
我們常說物品是感情的延伸,所以清理雜物同是也可以為心靈來一次大掃除,生理上覺得舒適自在,心理上也會感到舒服。
方法二:放空十分鐘
你上一次放空是甚麼時候?不是指工作時對著電腦發呆,是真正遠離電話、電腦騷擾,從每天趕車、趕工作的行程中暫停十分鐘,專注於屬於自己的時間,徹底享受片刻的無所事事,有助腦部釋出記憶空間及釋放壓力。
方法三:紙、筆、垃圾桶
要處理壓力和負面情緒,首先要勇敢承認它們的存在,拿起紙和筆,把不想要的事情和情緒寫下來,徹底坦承地面對自己的感受,然後將紙用力握成球或撕碎丟到垃圾桶去。
佛手花玫瑰花蜂蜜茶
功效:紓緩壓力導致的多嘆氣、胃部脹氣不適、心情鬱悶等症狀。
材料:佛手花、玫瑰花、蜂蜜各少許
做法:將佛手花、玫瑰花放入保溫瓶,注入熱開水洗沖一遍後倒掉,再注入熱開水焗5分鐘,待水變暖加入蜂蜜調味即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡,一星期可連續服用3天。

Ingredients: small amount of fingered citron flower, rose and honey
Preparation: Place fingered citron flower and rose into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 5 minutes. After the water cools down slightly, add honey and mix well. You can re-brew until its flavor weakens. For best results, drink consecutively for 3 days a week.
