I know how difficult it is - to keep experiencing things that have the power to break you to such an extent that you can feel the pain in your bones. But still, you tell others that you can deal with everying, that you cope with whatever life throws at you. I know how hard it is to continue being strong, despite it at all. And sometimes, you just need a time-out, so you can cry until your heart feels lighter-but you think you will look weak if you accpect it. But don't you see? It's not your strenght that helps you heal every time, it is softness of your soul. You deal with every obstacle with the kind of ease that tells tales of years of growth. You are a warm-hearted person which means your hurt a lot more, you feel a lot more, you care a lot more. So, you need to stop telling them and youself that you are fine even when you are no, because sometimes the pain should take its toll. Cry, if you must, accept the hurt and the regret that comes with it. Because I know how hard it is to keep smiling through the pain, especially when all you want is a shoulder to rest your head on and someone's arms to hold.
