Come and join us in a Yoga & Meditation fundraiser dedicated towards fighting global warming. This time, I’ve invited Maisie @maisiekwong to lead us in a guided mediation before we start our yoga practice, and as we finish. Do you know why meditation is so important?
Stress makes us feel overwhelmed and helpless, which may lead to anxiety and depression. It also has an increasingly negative impact on our bodies and the quality of our lives. A daily meditation habit can help us reduce stress and anxiety. It will allow us to regain our energy and be more aware of the present moment.
