【B.Duck超可愛啫哩杯 (B.Duck Jelly)】🍹
Candace Mama繼上次為B.Duck設計了一款便當後，這次精心炮製超精緻啫哩杯😍！可愛的B.Duck丸子在啫哩上暢遊🏊🏻，萌萌的造型令人捨不得吃呢！大家也一起跟著做吧！💪

B.Duck 啫喱杯 (B.Duck Jelly)
材料(Ingredients)：
藍莓啫喱粉1盒 (Blueberry Jelly Powder – 1 pack)
日本白玉粉100克 (Japanese White Powder – 100g)
絹豆腐100克 (Bean Curd – 100g)
甜品用南瓜粉、竹炭粉各少許 (Pumpkin Flour and Bamboo Charcoal Powder – little)
糖果裝飾 (Candies for Decoration)
做法 (Method)：
1. 藍莓啫喱依照包裝袋上指示，先加1杯(200ml)熱水拌勻，直至啫喱粉完全溶解。
Melt the blueberry jelly by following the instructions: mix into 200ml of boiled water
2. 再加另一杯冷水 / 室溫水拌勻，待啫喱水完全冷卻。
Add 200ml cold water and stir. Let cool.
3. 預備甜品杯，倒入啫喱水，放雪櫃冷藏約30分鐘至啫喱半凝結。
Pour in jelly cup and set in fridge for around minutes.
4. 白玉粉與絹豆腐拌勻，分為2份— 1大份及1小份：
Mix the Japanese white powder and bean curd, divide the dumpling into 2 parts – a large part and a small part
- 大部份跟南瓜粉拌勻，成為黃色粉團
Color the large part of the dumpling by mixing with pumpkin flour till it turned into yellow
- 小部份盡量多加南瓜粉並拌勻，成為微橙色粉團
Color the small part of the dumpling to orange by mixing with more pumpkin flour
5. 將各顏色粉團粘實，做成小小B.Duck。
Rub the flour mash into B.Duck’s shape
6. 預備一小煲熱水，將已造型的B.Duck放到熱水煮約3分鐘。
Cook the B.Duck dumpling in boiled water for 3 minutes
7. 竹炭粉加少許水拌勻，以牙簽沾少許竹炭粉水，並在B.Duck粉團上畫上眼睛。
Mix some bamboo charcoal powder with water, and draw B.Duck’s eyes with the mix
8. 放在已凝結的啫喱上，並在周圍放上糖果裝飾。
Put B.Duck dumpling onto the jelly and decorate with candies
