正宗的手工 Pizza是經典意大利餐廳的賣點，但老闆 Bruno 一直也有一個心結，因為他的愛妻 Roxana 是一位素食主義者，所以這份美味一直不能與她分享。於是他近日研發出這道適合素食者享用的 Beyond Pizza ，令本地的素食者或 Pizza 愛好者也讚不絕口。
這份披薩主要以純素芝士和肉丸組合而成。 肉丸由不含大豆和麩質的 Beyond Meat 製成，口感跟真的肉丸極像，兼有美味的煙燻烘烤風味！以創新和綠色的思想承傳經典的手工批薩做法，令人欣賞！
“Go beyond from the classic” Inspired from his vegan wife Roxana, owner of Antica Trattoria, Bruno creates this vegan pizza to give a sweet escape for all pizza lovers or vegetarian in Macau!
The pizza is a combination of vegan cheese and meatballs. The meat balls made up of soy-free and gluten-free Beyond meat has a moist texture inside, and the outside has a flavourful toasted feel from caramelizing in the pizza oven. The way of thinking in this pizza is mind blowing while the way of making it is still authentic!
