Banff 班芙│小鎮異國素料理
二訪這家在班芙小鎮的唯一素食餐廳 - Nourish Bistro Banff。上次來吃早餐，這次當然要嘗嘗午餐料理囉！

首先點了「Tempeh Skillet 天貝煎鍋 (CA15.15)」，最期待當然是那天貝串燒，吃起來像是燒烤過的，很野味！配料也非常足夠，包括蘿蔔、青椒、白菜等，搭配黃薑飯，自家製的橙子芝麻醬讓整道菜更加分！再來一道「Taco Taco Taco (CA15.15)」，非常豐盛的Taco，餡料滿到邊吃邊掉 😝

其實我們已經吃很飽了，但我很想吃類似炸雞塊的東東，所以最後加碼 - Spicy Chicken Fingers (CA12.12)。雖然知道是用豆腐做的，但口感很嫩，質感也非常像雞塊呢！

Banff│Exotic Cuisine in a Small Resort Town
Second time visiting Nourish Bistro Banff, the only vegetarian restaurant in Banff. Last time I came for breakfast, this time, of course, I want to try their lunch!

I first ordered the "Tempeh Skillet (CA15.15)". Of course, the most anticipated is the skewer tempeh, it tastes like grilled, very tasty! The skillet includes carrot, peppers, bok choi, etc., with turmeric rice, the housemade orange sesame dressing makes the whole dish even more tasty and satisfied! Then we had the "Taco Taco Taco (CA15.15)", a very rich filled Taco.

In fact, we are already full, but I really want to have something like fried chicken nuggets, so I added - Spicy Chicken Fingers (CA12.12). Although it is known to be made with tofu, the texture is very tender, very chicken-like!

Calgary 卡爾加利│肉店巨型素漢堡
OASIS juice & nutritional bar 是一家輕食店，主要售賣健康飲料，如茶、果昔、現打果汁等等，冬天還提供熱果汁。老闆請我們喝了一小杯熱果汁，我和朋友帶著懷疑的心態，戰戰兢兢地嘗試了一口。咦，出乎意料地好喝耶，我和朋友都蠻喜歡的。

除了果汁，店內還有三明治、卷餅等熟食，均有素食選擇。而早陣子更推出了一款素漢堡 (CA9.5)，「肉排」用了各種有機植物性材料製造，加上素芝士和各式新鮮蔬菜，使素漢堡口感更豐富。

份量非常大，配菜除了有常見的薯條，老闆還會配上當造的水果送給客人，他說希望客人飲食更均衡健康。我還真的第一次看到漢堡和水果的搭配，但我喜歡~

Calgary│Giant Veggie Burger (veg friendly)
OASIS juice & nutritional bar is a light food store that mainly sells healthy drinks such as tea, smoothies, fresh fruit juices, etc. It also offers hot juices in winter. The boss offered us a small cup of hot fruit juice. My friend and I tried with suspicion. It was unexpectedly delicious. My friends and I liked it.

In addition to fruit juice, the store also has sandwiches, wraps and other cooked foods, all with veg options. In the early days, a vegan burger (CA9.5) was also introduced. The "patty" was made with a variety of organic plant-based ingredients, plus vegan cheese and a variety of fresh vegetables, making the vegan burger tastes rich.

The portion is very large. In addition to the common French fries for the side dishes, the owner will also serve the guests with the seasonal fruits. He said he hopes the guests will have a more balanced and healthy diet.

Calgary 卡爾加利│泰式料理 X 素材店
雖然沒有去過泰國，但對於泰式料理並不陌生，而且還挺喜歡的！「Hearts Choices」是我在加國卡爾加利很推薦的泰式素食料理，除了泰式，還有漢堡，無論是喜歡中式還是西式料理，這裡都可以滿足你喔！

特別喜歡「Kung Pao Beef」和「Ginger Chicken」，很野味，超喜歡那附送的沙拉，配上自家製的沙拉醬，一向不愛吃沙拉的我，超快速地就吃完了！「Mac & Cheese」是另一驚喜，使用腰果做成的cheese，顏色口感都很像cheese，非常cheezy！

值得一提的是，他們店面有個大冰櫃，裡面放了林林總總的素料，有些甚至是自家製的 (包括那沙拉醬)。我每次享用完餐點後，總是會情不自禁地挑幾款素料帶回家。

Calgary│Thai Food X Vegan Grocery
Although I have not been to Thailand, I am not new to Thai cuisine, and I actually like it! "Hearts Choices" is a Thai vegan cafe that I highly recommend in Calgary, Canada. In addition to Thai, they also have burgers. Whether you like Chinese or Western food, this place can satisfy you!

I especially like "Kung Pao Beef" and "Ginger Chicken". They are extremely tasty. I like the salad that comes with it too. With the homemade salad dressing, it's just so good! I'm not a salad fan but I love this. "Mac & Cheese" is another surprise. They use cashew to make the "cheese", very cheezy!

It is worth mentioning that they have a large freezer in the store, which is full of vegan ingredients, and some are even homemade (including the salad dressing). Every time after I enjoyed my meal, I can't control myself to take a few vegan ingredients back home.
