炭烤的肉有種獨特的香味,吃起來比較像我們在郊外bbq的那種炭和肉的香味,而且炭火的火很猛,能夠以猛火高速把肉烤熟,烤起來容易做到外面有一點點焦,裡面還是肉嫩的效果,可以將原本的肉汁好好保存,咬下去還有陣陣油香呢~🤤🤤🤤
