今年如此特別，無論內在外在都充斥各種壓力。相信這個情況，對現下世界各地的人們來說，都是同樣的。

住在相對安全的台灣，可以自由地休假投入大自然的懷抱，我覺得我們非常非常幸福。

來到九份，背後是令人安心的堅實大山，前方是襯在岬角崚線間的海洋，海面綴著點點船影，步調閒適又從容，彷彿那些攪亂人世的紛擾糾結，一點都不重要。

只有好好呼吸最重要、只有找到自己真正的樣子最重要、只有照顧好自己最重要。

希望大家最近都多聽聽自己身體的聲音、聽心想說的話，偶爾帶他們去大自然的懷抱，回歸自己的初心。
