fitness mateのトレーニングは負荷を高くしてるので、最後までできなくても全然大丈夫です！
最後までできなくても十分効果があります^_^
トレーニング時間が長い程、脂肪燃焼効果は高くなります。
(数分で終わるHIITは、短時間でも脂肪燃焼効果は十分あります！)
時間がない時は短い動画、時間がある時は少し長めの動画と使い分けてみてください。
筋肉は新しい刺激が大好きです。同じ動画をする事でも十分効果はありますが、たまに違う動画を使う事で、新しい刺激に筋肉が喜んで、どんどん筋肉が変わってくれます。(筋肉が喜ぶ=脂肪燃焼効果が上がる)

(姿勢改善、美しいボディーライン、お腹・腰周りの見た目改善、HIITや筋トレの効果を高める)
【目安】1つの動画を週3-5回(3-10分程度)
【僕は】ほぼ毎日やってます。
※HIITや筋トレの前に取り入れる事がおすすめです。
◆HIIT◆
(脂肪燃焼、ミトコンドリア活性、身体機能・心肺機能向上)
【目安】1つの動画を週2-4回(3-30分程度)
【僕は】週2-4回
※怪我をしやすい種目です。必ずウォームアップをしてから行ってください。
※生物ならみんなが持ってるミトコンドリアは、エネルギーを作る工場と呼ばれています。ミトコンドリアの活性によって持ってるエネルギーが増えます。
※トレーニング時間が長い程、脂肪燃焼効果は高くなります。
※短くても十分なダイエット効果はあるので、その日の気分や取れる時間によって動画を変えてみてください。
