The retreat was held over a 5D4N period around the theme #transformativetravel with guests attending from across the world.
Meals were accompanied by talks by thought leaders such as Plant-based food advocate and PLANeat director @shelleyleedavies; @wonderfruitfestival’s Creative Director Jason Swamy.

It wasn’t all work of course, I celebrated my birthday and
stress levels were kept to a minimum under the guidance of yogis @rosemaryvandenbroucke and @nataliesoderstrom and poolside meditation workshops were hosted poolside by @bryangates from San Francisco.
