The warmth of the audience and everyone who was involved to bring us back to Taipei lights my heart. Big thanks to Denny Huang who initiated me with tribal wear last night, to Bernard Lu and Universal for continuing to bring our recorded music to Taiwan, to my compadres for traveling this road with me, and to the young musicians who shine in their passion for discovery. It is now 6 am. The sun is rising and I leave for Tokyo today! Big concert tomorrow at NHK Tokyo Jazz Festival. I must get some rest and prepare.

Brainchild of one of the world’s biggest Korean boy band BIG BANG by Lee Seungri, Aori Ramen originally hailed from Japan as well as Korea when the oppa fell in love with the toothsome delicacy from The Land of Rising Sun who then decided to bring it over to Cheongdam-dong in 2016
Currently there are 2 types of ramen menu- Aori Ramen Lite which comes with 2 toppings or go for the extravaganza style that comes with 5 toppings.
Diners then gets to customize their level of spiciness in their ramen broth, fusing with Aori Ramen’s special chili oil that certainly added some flavourful punch to it.
