上週黑喵知情劇組傳來劇照，要我選其中三張供金鐘獎專刊使用，選擇障礙的我糾結好久才挑出合適的。其中我最喜歡的是這張，因為就在這瞬間，「楊陳傑」這個角色決定褪下虛假，內心那股黑暗偏差的虐貓傾向即將浮現。可惜最後因為格式無法使用，不然這是最能說明角色的一張劇照。謝謝厲害的劇照師。

Last week I was asked to pick out 3 stills from the show for the Golden Bell Awards. It took me a while to find 3 pics that I liked since I’ve always been an indecisive person, but the one I really liked was this one. For at this precise moment my character finally drops a fake facade and indulges in a sick twisted act towards cats. It was the perfect representation of my character. Anyway, this photo wasn’t used eventually, but I gotta give props to the amazing photographer.

Anyways, here’s my story about Steampunk Boracay. I passed by this area a lot since it’s located at D’Mall. Honestly, I was a bit worried to dine it because at that night, there were no people inside.

But something was telling me to just go ahead try their food. I spoke to this kind waiter and he was really happy to see me. I asked his advice because I wanted rice. He gave me this. I waited not too long and filmed right away.

I expected the worst. I started eating and right after my first spoon, I told the waiter how surprisingly amazing it was! Surprising because there no people dining in. It deserves more people inside, with all honesty.

This food is one of those “wow factor” moment for me. It was amazing. It was delicious. It was perfect! I left the place really satisfied and happy.

VOGUE Taiwan’s first historic NFT depicting a scene of hope amidst the pandemic

Since the cover received attention from many after its release, and since nothing is philosophically and aesthetically impossible to rethink in the era in which every moment is uploaded on the Internet, the plan of minting this cover as an NFT was also initiated later in July. After intense discussion with VOGUE Taiwan and process tuning with VOGUE’s international headquarters, the NFT was lately minted and will be officially listed in late September.

Owing to its digital characteristics, the NFT will be presented in subtle 2D animation, creating a distinction from the still image on the paper cover.

大家中秋節快樂！
之前在Totoro IG有提到過Totoro生病了。
媽媽其實在今年過年的時候就剪了影片想記錄這件事，
沒想到一拖就拖到現在了。
這幾天終於增增減減上字幕做出了這個影片，當作個小紀錄吧！
Totoro生病的來龍去脈紀錄如下(文章超級長XD)

Totoro在去年10月底確診了腎衰竭。
他在去年9月底的時候先是精神不好，體重下降，水喝異常多，沒多久右腳莫名的腫起來，但是完全沒有外傷。
因為腫起的右腳有戴腳環，醫生和我們一開始都懷疑是不是在哪邊勾到拉扯到造成的，先做了基礎糞檢後吃藥觀察。
之後雖然他精神好轉了，但腳還是一直沒有好，甚至開始長出一顆小白點。
最後在醫生建議下做了抽血檢查，並對小白點做細針採樣。
結果出來，他的尿酸指數飆高到正常值的五倍多，小白點檢驗結果是尿酸的結晶，確診為腎衰竭。醫生說，看過這麼多玄鳳都很難看到一隻有這麼誇張的尿酸指數。
原來他的右腳無外傷莫名腫起，是尿酸堆積造成的痛風。
我們不停的想，是什麼原因造成的呢？

和醫生討論後，原因可能是因為他一直無法斷奶，主食一直以來都是靠人工餵鳥奶粉。而一般鳥奶粉是幼鳥用，蛋白質含量較高，長期下來對腎臟造成負擔。

他為什麼無法斷奶呢？
這個也是快五年以來一直困擾著我們的問題。他小時候一個月大左右，曾經生病不吃飯，體重只剩下瀕危的50幾克。那時媽媽先咬牙學著用軟管少量多餐灌食維持營養，甚至半夜都要爬起來餵，慢慢的讓他胖到70多克，精神體力也好很多。
當他看似恢復健康有精神，我們想讓他自己開始學吃時，卻發現他的體重會無法維持。每當掉到66克左右像是病鳥的體重，我們就不敢再繼續嘗試下去，而把奶量加回來，他的體重也才回升。
找了愛吃鬼同伴吃的津津有味給他看也沒用﹙望向咕嘰快100g的胸肌…﹚，只要我們想嘗試減量，他就會漸漸消瘦。
曾經看過醫生，檢查便便嗉囊無異常，詢問了這個狀況開怎麼處理。醫生說就只能盡量找方法讓他自己吃，但體重掉太誇張的話也只能再補奶。
Totoro一直以來除了這個問題之外，就是個活潑亂跳皮到不行的小鬼頭，所以我們在他約兩三歲的時候漸漸放棄了嘗試，現在非常後悔於自己的無知和短視。以前總想著，等有時間要來想辦法讓他斷奶，就算要我一顆一顆餵他也行。結果等有時間的時候已經來不及了。
一開始知道這個消息真的很崩潰，就像聽到作為我避風港的家人得到絕症般，每天看著他自責懊悔著。甚至跟老天許願，只要他多活一年，我就願意減一年性命給他。那陣子幾乎沒法好好做自己的事，只想照顧他，陪著他，心情跟著他的病況時好時壞的起伏著。
腎臟病是不可逆的，所以只能給他做支持治療，打輸液、吃降尿酸和止痛藥。
飲食方面醫生建議既然他自己沒法吃飽，就把幼鳥奶粉換成一般滋養丸，選擇蛋白質含量不要太高的打成粉泡給他吃。
前兩三個月我們幾乎每天跑醫院讓醫生給他打皮下輸液，因為他的指數雖然有下降，但還是一直沒有回到正常值之內。
看著他每次打完針腳濕濕毛亂亂的，心情很差的樣子，就會跟著很難過，
那陣子上網查了許多鳥類腎臟病的照護，隨著抽血結果不停調整尋找著適合他的飲食。
記得是在過年前左右，Totoro的指數第一次降到正常範圍內。
雖然是在及格邊緣，但還是超級開心。而我後來也跟醫生學了打輸液的方法，才大大減少了跑醫院的次數。
到現在Totoro維持著定期血檢，指數還是在邊緣上上下下的。我們根據血檢照醫生建議調整著輸液次數，也微調著飲食。
腎臟病很麻煩，給他太多營養怕他代謝不掉，但不給營養又不行，我們只能在中間小心翼翼地尋找著平衡點。
他的尿酸指數降下來後，血檢結果變成營養不良，我們嘗試著微量增加餵食濃度後尿酸又貌似會跟著增高。於是現在就維持著較低濃度的滋養丸奶，持續著每天的輸液和吃藥來達到不完全平衡但可以接受的狀態。
一方面也盡量讓他自己吃穀物，這隻雞上輩子大概是太上皇，一定要有人陪在旁邊才會願意自己吃，鳥奴們只好定時盯著他陪他吃飯。
他的精神活力現在大部份都還是很好，還是很愛磨屁屁，心情好的時候喜歡跳舞唱歌學狗叫。看著他狀況穩定，雖然血檢結果仍上上下下著，心也漸漸寬了下來。
他也讓我們學到，與其每天懊悔過去，擔心未來，珍惜現在擁有的每一刻才是最重要的。

Totoro，再來要去哪裡玩呢？



Totoro was diagnosed with kidney failure in last October, and he has gout thus his right foot is swelling.

We were nearly devastated when hearing about the news, and tried to think why he’ll have such a disease. Maybe it’s because he’d never really successfully weaning and were fed with baby parrot hand feed formula since he was born (That was a long story, he couldn’t sustain his light-already weight and eat by himself if we stop hand feeding him).
We’re having regular subcutaneous fluids and medicines to support his kidney function for almost one year until now.
Although his urid acid level is still lingering between normal and abnormal value, he is having rather stable condition in recent months, dancing and singing when he has a good mood.
The video was shoot after Totoro’s diagnosis.
Totoro teaches us that, it is better to cherish the moment we have than regret over past decision or worry what might happen in the future.

但是沒有關係喔：）光是有意識到問題就已經夠好了，接下來就是一步步鼓勵自己脫離那樣的狀態，成癮狀態都是為了要保護自己找到讓自己開心的事情，這不是不好，開心不開心都是你這個人，而且可讓自己開心的事也不只有一件，試著去找找其他也讓自己開心的事情吧^^

大家在疫情期間千萬不要因為心情低落就尋求慰藉（酒精或手機成癮都是要注意的）
可以靜下心來想想自己未來，最重要的是只能對我的音樂上癮啦 😆

Ed Sheeran’s latest Single, Bad Habits, has been sweeping iTunes in the UK since its release lats week wowwwww

Bad Habits is not only musically different from the previous style of Ed, the energy with EDM style is also the new highlight of this new Single.

Although Bad Habits is saying something like how difficult it is to quit the problems like alcoholic and all-night partying, even if those who are addicted are quite aware of the fact that its not good for themselves and for people around them, they still indulge in the moment of happiness from the addiction. Personally, I think it's quite like the situation of catching feelings with the wrong one LOL We bear in mind that we should say no, but we cannot help and ridiculously just cannot go away from the wrong one.

But it's okay =] Just being aware of the problem is good enough.
Getting better step by step, even a baby step is fine! The addiction state may be the signal telling you to protect yourself n being happy but the addition is not the only way that can make you happy, so try another way :)

During the epidemic of Covid, please dont be addicted to drugs or anything else. It's my honor if you can be addicted my music tho 😆
