Well-hidden in one of the upper floor shop lots at Noordin Street, Koshien Yakitori Bar 甲子園 is one of the latest places for regular drinkers to quench their thirst while enjoying some Japanese Izakaya-style nibbles or dishes. The flight of stairs up to the restaurant is decorated with vintage Izakaya wallpapers and step in the place, you will be instantly transported to a place with retro Japanese Izakaya background. The menu features a list of barbecue items and some Udon dishes as well as some Oden choices near the counter as well. If drinks are of your concern, there's a dedicated fridge for Japanese alcohols as well. It is however, not exactly cheap to dine in here, expect to pay a little more than Rm 40 per pax if you wish to walk home with your tummy filled (without alcohols).

A place shared by both cafe and floristry- Hanakoya Flower Cafe is one of the latest additions in town. Housed in one of the old heritage houses along Muntri Street, the place preserves the beauty of the charm of the heritage building. Step in the place and you will notice the colorful Nyonya-styled tiles as well as the minimalist coffee bar... a beautiful marriage of the old and modern ones. The place is air-conditioned and warrants a comfortable meal. The menu consists of both mains and desserts, with some specials of the day being displayed at the display fridge. Waiting time might be longer than usual but definitely a cozy place to check out.

Lemon is the most popular fruit in the world. It can make everything better. Lemon wedges and slices are often served with seafood and as a garnish for a drink. Lemon juice can be used raw in drinks, dishes, and desserts in recipes, like lemon bar.
This recipe is pretty simple, the flavor of crust and lemon filling is so yummy and so balanced. In this video we’re showing you step by step. If you are a fan of lemon, this lemon bar recipe is a MUST-TRY! So take some fresh lemons, yellow or green are both OK. Just bake it. :)

How to make lemon bars
☞ Baking pan size:18x18x5 cm
✎ Ingredients
📍 crust
all-purpose flour 120g
powdered sugar 40g
frozen unsalted butter 90g, cut into small cubes
salt 1g
📍 lemon filling
medium size egg 2
granulated sugar 160g
fresh lemon juice 80g
all-purpose flour 50g
✎ Instructions
1. Butter the pan, and line the bottom and sides with parchment paper.
2. Sieve the flour and powdered sugar, then add them and cold butter and salt to the food processor. Pulse the mixture until you have a crumb like mixture.
3. Place crumb dough in a baking pan and use fingers or any tools to flatten into the prepared pan.
4. Preheat the oven to 170°C, bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
5. While baking, In another mixing bowl, beat together 2 eggs and granulated sugar until combined.
6. Sieve the flour into the bowl until mixed well.
7. Pour the fresh lemon juice and whisk until all combined.
8. Once the crust is done. Pour lemon filling mixture into the prepared crust directly out of the oven. Return to the oven and bake for 10 minutes. (170°C), then cover the pan with foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
9. Once baked, Let cool completely on a wire rack. Then fridge for at least one hour.
10. Before serving, cut the outer edge off of each side, dust with powdered sugar and cut into bar shape or square shape as you like.

Resepi Milo Rice Bar Berbadam
Bahan-bahan
90 gm mentega
1 cawan serbuk Milo
120 gm marshmallow
100 gm bertih beras
15 gm susu pekat
30 gm badam (dihancurkan)
100 gm coklat putih
2 sb minyak jagung
50 gm coklat susu coin
Cara memasak
1. Cairkan mentega pada suhu sederhana. Kemudian, masukkan susu pekat dan kacau sebati.
2. Tambahkan serbuk Milo dan teruskan mengacau sehingga sebati.
3. Masukkan pula marshmallow dan kacaunya hingga cair.
4. Kemudian, masukkan bertih beras dan badam yang telah dihancurkan.
5. Kacau seketika dan tuangkan campuran tersebut ke dalam loyang empat segi yang telah dialas baking paper. Tekan sedikit supaya campuran menjadi padat dan biarkan seketika.
6. Seterusnya, cairkan coklat putih di dalam microwave selama 30 saat. Keluarkan dan tambahkan minyak jagung. Kacau seketika dan masukkan semula ke dalam microwave sehingga semuanya larut.
7. Tuangkan coklat putih ke atas permukaan rice bar yang telah set. Selepas itu, taburkan kepingan badam di atas. Biarkan coklat putih set sepenuhnya.
8. Cairkan pula coklat susu coin sehingga larut dan corakkan di atas permukaan coklat putih menggunakan piping bag. Biarkan set di dalam peti ais.
9. Keluarkan Milo Rice Bar daripada loyang dan potong mengikut saiz kesukaan masing-masing.
10. Milo Rice Bar Berbadam siap untuk dihidangkan.

Crunchy Almond Milo Rice Bar Recipe, Perfect Snack During Work From Home
In love with chocolaty snacks? Hah, you should try this recipe. The combination of chocolate, marshmallows and rice bubbles is really superb! One is never enough!
Almond Milo Rice Bar Recipe
Ingredients
90 gm butter
1 cup of Milo powder
120 gm marshmallows
100 gm rice bubbles
15 gm condensed milk
30 gm almonds
100 gm white chocolate
2 tbsp corn oil
50 gm milk chocolate coins
Cooking methods
1. Melt butter over low heat. Then, put in condensed milk and stir well.
2. Add Milo powder and keep stirring until all combine.
3. Then, add marshmallow and stir until nicely melted.
4. Put in rice bubbles and almond chunks.
5. Keep stirring until well combined and pour the mixture into a square mold that has been layered with baking paper. Press down the mixture till flat and let them set aside.
6. After that, melt white chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds. Take them out and add corn oil. Stir well and reheat in the microwave until everything is dissolved.
7. Pour the white chocolate on top of the rice bar and let them set. Then, sprinkle some almond flakes on top.
8. Next, melt the milk chocolate coins and drizzle them on top of the white chocolate layer. Chill in the fridge for a while.
9. Once set, take out the Milo rice bar and cut it into the desired sizes.
10. Crunchy Almond Milo Rice Bar is ready to be served.

材料2つだけ、ゼラチンなし、チョコと生クリームだけで作れる簡単チョコムース、チョコレートムースのレシピ・作り方です
市販の板チョコと植物性の生クリームでも出来ます
【材料】
・チョコレート 100g
・生クリーム 50g
・生クリーム(ホイップ) 150g
【準備】
・板チョコなど大きい場合は溶けやすいように割るか刻む
【作り方】
1. チョコレート100gを湯煎またはレンジで溶かす(出来るだけ50℃を超えないくらいで)
2. 生クリーム50gを沸騰直前まで温め、溶かしたチョコレートに混ぜてなめらかな状態にする
3. 生クリーム150gを7分立て(角が立たないくらい)まで泡だて、少量をチョコに加えてさっと混ぜて馴染ませる
(生クリームを氷水に当てて泡立てたならチョコの温度は40~45℃程度、氷水に当てずにで泡立てたなら35~40℃くらい)
4. 残りを加えて切り混ぜ、全体が馴染んだら容器に入れて冷蔵庫で冷やして出来上がり
