專輯盛大的開場曲，也是與電影同名的「明日之星」是由Lara和韋禮安隔空合寫完成的一首歌。神秘又帶有諷刺的旋律正好符合歌詞畫面，「站上殘酷舞台，你的面具在等待」訴說著演藝圈光彩背後的艱難。透過高科技冰冷的環境，MV 的現代舞蹈訴說著藝人往上爬的殘酷事件。自媒體的時代，人人想紅，為了得到多一秒的關注，成為明日之星的代價，你付得起嗎？

The album’s exhilarating opening track “Tomorrow’s Star” (which is also the name of Meimeiwawa’s latest movie) is a song written by William “Weibird” Wei and Lara. Mysterious yet with a hint of irony, the lyrics state: ‘Step on to this cruel stage; your mask awaits’, telling of the many hoops artists have to jump through to attain fame and recognition. Set in an icy, alienating setting, the music video uses modern dance influences to tell the story of an artist’s climb to fame. In this era of user-generated content, everyone wants to make it big just for a moment of attention. Are you willing to pay the price to become “Tomorrow’s Star”?

這首是孟漢娜電影版的歌，電影描述隨著孟漢娜的名聲越來越響亮
現實的誘惑讓她變得不像原本純真的麥莉(我覺得根本是現實寫照啊T_T)
因此她爸爸決定讓她回到家鄉，找回最初的自己。
小時候很喜歡看Hannah Montana，超羨慕跟自己同年紀的她已經是大明星
但年紀輕輕就走紅一定也承受很多壓力，沒有自己的生活、總被媒體和大家拿放大鏡看
大概是心裡對miley的投射吧(她所受到媒體八卦評論、流言蜚語的壓力vs自己的夢想目標)
我覺得這首歌特別真實的提醒我、鼓勵我
不管面對多大的困難或誘惑，不管別人怎麼說我，都不要忘記自己的信念。
越過眼前障礙之後，總有更艱難的時刻在等我，即便有時不明白考驗的意義，
每次的付出努力也會成為重要的回憶。所以無論如何，人生就是得不斷往前
